Captain is a kitty with sever Wobblers Syndrome. He does not need special medical attention for this but he's very wobbly. He's a calm, affectionate guy who just wants to lay around a buddy. My animals that I do have bully and attack him. Over the past year he's lost some weight and I'm afraid my other cat may attack him severally when I'm not home. He's great with kids. I have children who Ragdoll him around and he never even growls at them. He's so kind hearted and I'm looking for a loving home for him. ***CAPTAIN UPDATE*** After being in a different environment older children would be preferred.

Bonded with her boyfriend Doberman. Doberman is a 5 year old male and Cavalier is a 2 year old female. These two came from the same house that had turned into a hoarding situation. The owner decided that it was in the best interest of the animals to get some help and reduce her population. While most of the group enjoyed having some time away from the others, Cavalier and Doberman always stay close, and can be seen spooning on and off. One day, Cavalier was brought to one of the pet stores who allows us to utilize display windows for adoptions, and she began eating her litter. This may have been due to other reasons, but we believe that she did it so she could be brought back and reunited with Doberman. Cavalier has been vaccinated, wormed, spayed/neutered and tested negative for FELV/FIV which is all included in the $70 adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this cat, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays) All cats must leave the shelter in a carrier.
