Miss Millie is thankful and sweet. A year ago she was rescued near death from starvation. After being cared for, spayed and vetted, she was adopted and has enjoyed snuggling on the couch with her owner. She does not like the other cat who was there first, so Millie must go. Her owner is desperate to find her a new home where she can be the only cat. Millie suffered before her rescue. She certainly deserves to continue loving and being loved. She needs you to save her!

She came from two negectful homes, one might have been abusive, can't confirm. I was told little to nothing about her needs, but I can share what I've learned. She is a super sweet cat and while skittish at first her affection is winnable. Non-violent. Only time her claws come out is when I need to trim them. I suggest wrapping her in a towel with a gentle hug as you go. She calms down. Give her a treat after each individual paw is done. She loves making muffins so nail trims are highly recommended. She is a highly vocal girl and loves to chat. She likes company when she eats her dry food. She is an affectionate room sharer. Loves to give head bumps. Great company for older folk or those living on their own. I think being center of attention would do her well. I just want a good home for her. I will send a booklet with other care info and habits. Small cat tree, carrier and some toys included. (Also comes with a bag she claimed from me as a bed. Idk, she's weird.)

We were supposed to take three cats from the home as they were threatening to dump them outside, but before we could get them into foster, one of the cats was killed by the family dog :(. We were so glad to get these two but so sad one had been lost. Per her foster: “Wendy, is a 1.5 year old female who loves pets and quiet. She is great with other cats after slow introductions. She is shy at first, but with a little time will beg for pets.” She will do best at first kept in a smaller room, and then slowly given more space as she gets used to her new people! Older kids or adults are best for her as she can be scared at first. She is spayed, FIV/Felv negative, rabies and FVRCP vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative. She will be adopted to an indoor only home and the adopter will sign a contract that she cannot be declawed. Penny is a sweet, quiet girl who is shy at first but does warm up and enjoys being petted and loved on. We caught them all, got them vetted, and now they are ready to find forever families! Iris had never been around humans before but she adapted quite well within two days and now loves being petted, doesn’t mind being held, and absolutely loves to play with toys! She’s a little shy at first but loves being petted and warms up quickly when she knows you aren’t going to hurt her! She would do best in a small room at first while she gets used to her new home and would do best with one or more friendly kitties to play with. They had never been handled by humans before them and were very scared when they came here. Cisco was extra spicy lol. But after about three days of snuggles and handling, these boys are now friendly and happy boys! Cisco is a little play monster who is always trying to get the other kitties to play with him, but he’s also now the biggest purr monster who loves being petted and snuggled! Wally is more nervous at first but is learning that humans are nice and give good pets!These boys definitely would love to be adopted together, and priority will be given to someone who wants them both. If they are being adopted separately, at least Cisco has to go home with at least one other cat in the home. Wally is more indifferent about others! He is neutered, FIV/Felv negative, FVRCP and rabies vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea preventative.
