Story

When I first came across Ray Ray, I thought he was stuck in the tree. Turns out that he was living up there. He had been abandoned by his owner and had moved up into the tree to stay safe from 2 big dogs that lived below. He was filthy, flea infested, mangy, and emaciated. He has recovered quite nicely. He is not a cuddly cat. He likes some scratches but will become overstimulated after a few minutes. He is not good with other cats, and I would not place him in a home with young children. With that being said, he is actually very social and has a very cool personality. He loves to hang out with people, and he really likes my dog. He is always trying to get her to play. The time has come for this awesome beast to find his Furever home. He is healthy and up to date on all of his shots and flea meds. A patient and understanding owner with a gentle doggie playmate would be ideal for him. Please consider Ray Ray. He is a worthy soul.

Story

Tully is 7 years old, and still very playful. We adopted him in 2018 because my husband wanted a cat, and as it turns out, he doesn't like my husband! In the last couple of years, my allergy to cats has grown worse and I need to find him a good home. Tully is playful, and can be very amusing to watch! He is a phenomenal hunter and would make a good part-time mouser on a farm, as he is an indoor/outdoor cat. He is not a lap cat (except in the morning when I'm sitting in a particular chair), but he does like to be near me, and will cuddle up next to me on the couch at night. He is very willful as most cats can be, and probably would do best with someone who really understands cat language. As you can see, he is a gorgeous cat and very pleasing to look at... quite the catch. I would prefer to find someone in the Asheville, NC area to take him. I have a lot of paraphernalia that will go with him such as cat tree, bed, litter box, medicines, etc.

Story

Lyla is a 13 year old female cat with the sweetest disposition. She loves to cuddle and is very friendly and kind. She is an older cat but is very healthy and acts like she is a much younger cat. She was a declawed kitty when we adopted her so she doesn’t scratch furniture. She gets along well with dogs that are cat friendly, and she has grown up with children in the house and loves them. She would be good with other friendly cats as well. The reason we would like to find her a happy new home is because we have another cat that is behaving very aggressively toward Lyla and I do not want to see her bullied. And for obvious reasons we cannot rehome the aggressive cat, so we think it’s best to find a loving home for Lyla. She would be a loving addition to any home ❤️

Hi, I’m Tiger Lily! I’m a mature and independent Calico beauty with striking green eyes who thrives in a peaceful environment with lots of comfy sunlit surfaces and an experienced cat-lover who understands my sensitive nature. I am playful and adore head-scratches, though I can be particular about how I like to be petted so a mindful approach works best. It can take time for me to warm up to new people, but once I do, I’m a loyal companion. I love having my person to bond with. My last person passed away unexpectedly. Since then I have struggled to find a stable home as I get frightened and don’t do well with dogs or lots of stimulation. I am not a super cuddly kitty, but I do like being close to my person. If you are attuned to me, I will stay by you at the edge of the bed or on a sunny chair nearby. I love adventuring outdoors away from busy roads, and I come alive when there’s a toy to play with or a good meal to enjoy. I’m a true sweetheart ready to feel safe and loved again.
