Story
Meet She-ra, a gorgeous little tortie with an irrepressible personality. She-ra is a special-needs kitty who was surrendered to the shelter after she was attacked by a dog in her home. The attack left her with a paralyzed tail and no control over her bladder or bowels. She will need to wear a diaper for the rest of her life - but don't you dare call her a baby! She's a mighty hunter against whom wand toys and crinkle balls don't stand a chance! She's also a consummate explorer, scaling heights that would send shivers down the spine of an average cat. After a long day, she wants nothing more than to curl up on your lap (preferably with a fluffy blanket). She claims her purr can give listeners magical powers. She-ra needs a loving home where her humans can give her lots of attention and care. She gets along well with other cats but cannot be adopted into a home with dogs. Please fill out an application today to meet with this special girl - she's a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Story
At 13 years old, Ares and Rocco have spent every moment of their lives side by side. This sweet bonded pair found themselves at the shelter due to changes in their previous owner`s lifestyle, and now they’re searching for a quiet, loving home where they can live out their golden years together.Ares is the more reserved of the two, a soft gray tabby who often finds comfort by hiding just behind his brother. Rocco, a charming brown tabby, is the braver soul, he accepts gentle pets and will win you over with his calm confidence and love of crunchy treats. Ares may be shy, but with Rocco by his side and a little patience, he’s slowly finding his own courage too.Because these boys have been inseparable their entire lives, they must be adopted as a pair. Their bond is beautiful, and keeping them together is essential to their happiness and well-being.They’ve always been indoor cats and should remain that way for their safety and comfort. We’re not sure how they feel about dogs, as pups aren’t allowed in the adoption room, so a calm, dog-free environment may be ideal.Ares and Rocco are looking for a patient, understanding home filled with kindness, soft spots to nap, and gentle hands. If you have the heart to give these senior brothers the peaceful retirement they deserve, they’ll reward you with quiet companionship and a love that’s stood the test of time.

Story
Mr. Whiskers isn’t your average cat, he’s a bold, talkative sweetheart with a whole lot of charm. He came to us as an owner surrender through Pet Amigos (Espanola Humane’s TNR program), arriving with seven other cats from a feral colony. While most of his companions kept to themselves, Mr. Whiskers quickly stood out. He would dash to the front of his kennel, not to escape, but to headbutt staff and meow loudly for attention letting us all know he’s a sweet boy with a lot of love to give.Despite his feral roots, Mr. Whiskers is clearly made for the good life indoors. He’ll likely get along with other cats if introduced slowly and respectfully. We aren’t sure how he feels about dogs since they aren’t part of the adoption room environment, but his curious and confident nature might help him adjust with time and care.If you’re looking for a social, affectionate companion with a big voice and an even bigger heart, Mr. Whiskers is ready to win you over!Would you like this version to include any adoption details or contact info for the shelter?
