A24871 Melanie is a gray and white tabby colored, approximately 1-year-old, 8-pound, spayed female, Domestic Short-Haired Cat. She entered the shelter as a stray on 01-10-2025 and was altered by our medical staff. Melanie is a friendly, social, easy to handle girl here in the shelter. She was not happy when she first got here and took a little time to get comfortable. The same may happen in her new home. She is a little unsure and trying to figure out what is going on right now. She was friendly and enjoys affection, leaning into our head and neck scratches. She was playful and curious when checking out the playroom. She enjoyed going into the cubbies and playing with the different toys. Melanie will be a fun-loving family member in her new forever home.

A24906 Lilith is a dilute tortie colored, approximately 4-year-old, 8-pound, spayed female, Domestic Medium-Haired Cat. She is bonded with Salem 24905, the cat she entered the shelter with, and they must be adopted together! It is clear they rely on one another for comfort. They were surrendered to our shelter on 1/11/25 because the owners were moving to a new home that wouldn't allow them. Both Salem and Lilith are sweet but quite shy and will need time and patience to adjust to their new home and humans. While they stay to the back of their kennel and don't actively seek attention, they do enjoy affection once comfortable. You'll often find them snuggled together. Per their previous owner, they have lived with dogs, cats and children. A calm environment would likely suit them best.

Salem is a 4-year-old, 10-lb, black Domestic Short Hair cat. He is bonded with Lilith 24906, the cat he entered the shelter with, and they must be adopted together!
