Porsche is a young cat with a rough start. He and his brother were dumped on a porch in the rain. We are working to prove to him he is safe and will never be abandoned again. He has gotten so brave, he is accepting some pets and does not run when approached. He is looking for a patient home to let him continue to grow into the friendly cat we know he will become outside of the shelter environment. You aren't seeing things, he and his brother are mirror twins! Porsche has more orange on his left cheek and Audi has the same amount but on his right cheek! The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures. Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary. We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws. Audi is a young cat looking for a place to call home. He and his brother were abandoned on a porch in the rain. Audi escaped and spent a week in the wild and did not have a good experience. Once caught he stayed hidden at the shelter whenever possible. He was so scared, we are trying to prove to him he is safe and protected. He has made great strides trusting pets to his paws and sometimes doesn't hide when you catch him exploring. We are excited to see him flourish outside of the shelter environment. Styx is a terrified 5-year-old cat. She and her sister Persephone originally came from a closed animal shelter in Kansas and were adopted together 4 years ago. Both girls were returned to us when their human moved in with a family full of allergies. After a few years in her previous home, she refused all human contact. She came to us matted and angry. After a full haircut, she looks much better but is still very angry and scared. The shelter is not a good placement for her, but we are doing our best. She and her sister will need the most patience of any cat we have seen in quite some time. When distracted by food, she is beginning to accept pets! The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures. Story

Bubbles is the best girl. This 9 year old beauty is looking for a home willing to adapt to her special needs lifestyle. She was surrendered for what we thought was a food allergy causing periodic vomiting. After some testing and vet visits, she was diagnosed with GI lymphoma. Bubbles is now looking for a quiet and relaxed home to snuggle down in her remaining time. She is estimated to have around 18-24 months of a good quality of life with proper care and TLC. Her treatment plan is all set up, no emergency vet visits or procedures. She is currently comfortable and spends most of her days sleeping. She perks up for scritches and adores being brushed. She takes a daily walk around to check out the shelter and then goes back to her quiet space set aside for her where she is queen of all she can view. This is not an easy placement, and as much as we will miss her, we don't want her to spend the end of her life in a shelter. Bubbles truly deserves the world and our goal is to give it to her. She is looking for a home where her health can be monitored daily, with a specific diet and occasional medications.
