Funny story, I was rescued from the Walmart Garden Center in Brooklyn Park because I was “twiggy with a belly”. Big surprise to no one, I was pregnant… I had 7 adorable babies! When I first arrived, I was very scared. After a bit of love and socialization, I very quickly learned how much I love people and other pets! Now that my babies are all grown up, I would love to find my own loving home. I’m a kitten at heart and I love to play and cuddle! My favorite toys are anything with catnip. I’ll roll around on the ground with them and bunny kick like crazy! I’m a kind, gentle soul that gets along well with other cats and dogs, I adjust pretty quickly to new situations with a bit of time and care. I’m very easy going and spend a lot of time lounging on the floor. I love looking out the front window at all the activity going on outside. Sometimes I’ll even chatter at them, if I get excited enough! I love meeting new people and I can’t wait to find my forever home!She is good with other cats, dogs and kids. Update: Katten is staying with a friend who is fostering him until he can find a permanent home, and he’s doing great! He gets along well with her 3 cats and a dog. Katten is an affectionate beauty who we’ve raised since he was 4 months old. If you’re looking for the typical orange tabby, he’s your guy. He loves to play with wand toys and toy mice, and he also loves to cuddle. At night he will oftentimes sleep in the spot right behind my knees. He is a social cat, but sometimes runs to hide when a new person comes to visit the house. Most of the time he will appear after realizing it’s safe to come out to meet the guests. He’s never had an accident outside of his litter box, and he’s never destructive to furniture. We unfortunately need to rehome him because he occasionally gets too aggressive and attacks/injures our kids. Whomever adopts him should not have children. He does well with other pets.

I’m shy at first, but an absolute lover when I get to know you! I like to be the center of your attention and I give many kisses and constant purrs. I’m 4 years old and came from a farm to live with my current mom when I was just a kitten. Our family is growing though and my new dad sneezes a lot and tears up when near me- how rude! I need a forever family who will provide me with lots of love, but is patient with me as I adjust to a new environment. Changes scare me! Fergie was rehomed to me 5 years ago. She is very sweet and loves to meet new people, on her own terms. We go for daily walks in the hallway and she loves the extra attention from my neighbors. she prefers to give consent before pets. Age is estimated is to be around 10 or 11 years. She coexisted with my other cat for 4 years, and just this year we have been dealing with behavioral issues and no one is happy. She is generally healthy, but a little backed up so we have a special diet. She has been a dream cat for years, very quiet, so smart; everyone she meets is instantly charmed. She doesnt love to be held, but will cuddle begrudgingly. She loves to be brushed, which she needs daily to stay mat free. She has her claws and may need training to not claw furniture, she is extremely smart. She loves crunchy treats and will give you a happy twirl when she hears the bag open. She would thrive best as a solo cat so she can get all the attention she deserves and craves.
