Story

Harry is 13 and likes attention, especially being scratched under his chin and behind his ears. He likes to sit on someone's lap and snuggles in for a petting and purring session. He does NOT like being petted on the top of his head. Harry enjoys being brushed. He's lived in a house with a three-season porch so he can see the outside world and approaches any and every door in the hopes of going outside. He is independent but likes to be around people. He would prefer to be the only pet but would be ok with a calm dog or another cat. He doesn't play very much but loves rubbing his face on the cat nip toys. Harry is diabetic and requires insulin injections with twice daily meals. He is very good when getting the injections. He is also on a prescription diet for his diabetes.Harry has had a complete wellness exam, is microchipped, neutered, tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV, and is updated on vaccinations. His adoption fee is $225.00 which includes a free wellness exam within 7 days of adoption. Harry is currently located in a foster home. Payment is either cash or check. She can be skittish around sudden movements and loud noises, but does settle in once she is comfortable. She is comfortable around our resident dog and does ok around other cats, once she gets used to them. She loves to watch birds and other happenings out the window. Adoption Fee: $275, plus taxes Location: Foster Home Yin is one half of adorable pair with his sister Yang who has already been adopted. He was a little standoffish for a couple days but slowly started to accept pets. A couple more and he is now climbing on my lap looking for more attention. It also took a few days but if you listen closely there is a quiet but persistent purr. Given a little time and patience, a snuggler is working his way out. Toys, especially moving ones, really grab his attention but he will quickly switch from one to another. The two have not directly met the resident cats yet but certainly know they are there and even seen them through a plastic wall. No sign of fear or aggression so they may be okay living with other pets. Yin is about five months old, he has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date with his vaccinations.
