Story
Hi, my name is Megamind, a kid from my previous foster family named me this, which makes me feel like a strong woman. I had a tough start, found in a frozen winter with frostbite on my ears. Luckily, a kind person found me and healed me. Although I lost the top parts of my ear, I am glad that I am healthy and have stayed warm. I am an independent cat and can get familiar with a new environment quickly. I was adopted once from Petco, but due to their family circumstances, I had to return. Now, I'm with a new foster family and live with 8 lovely people. In my free time, I like lounging on the top of the stairs or gazing out of the window. Usually I just like lying on the floor and making a big stretch, waiting for someone to fall for my cuteness and pet me. You are welcome to rub my tummy, too! Playing with my little mouse and fish toys is a delight, and their scent is irresistible. Sometimes I get curious about what my foster is doing rather than focusing on me, so I would jump on the counter or their computers to seek their attention. During the day, I enjoy napping in my cozy little house that keeps the light out. At night, I prefer sleeping close to my foster, either around their legs or by their feet. I don't know how humans can sleep for such a long time, so I get a little worried and would check their breaths in the morning. The only two things you should know about are 1) I have a sensitive bladder so I can only eat urinary care food. and 2) I would feel insecure when being picked up. It's not that I don't like intimacy; I just prefer to be the one initiating it, as it's a bit overwhelming when humans come too close. I'm hoping to find a forever family who understands my quirks and will love me for who I am. I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. Story
Daffodil is a very sweet girl who is looking for her perfect family. Daffodil was dumped at a park in Chaska with several other orange cats. She was the last one to get rescued and the most nervous. It took her several weeks to trust humans but now she loves attention. She purrs and loves pets but does not like being picked up. She gets along well with other cats with a slow introduction. She had a few teeth pulled due to dental disease but she loves all wet and dry food. She enjoys playing with cat toys and balls. She uses the litter box without any issues. Once she gains your trust she will be your best friend. One thing to know about me is I seem to always have a mild runny nose. It isn’t contagious and it isn’t a health issue, it’s just my norm. I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. Story
Ferris is a young black kitty with a heart full of love and an adventurous spirit. His journey to finding a forever home hasn’t been easy—after being abandoned by his previous family when they moved away, he survived on his own under their porch in Minneapolis. Thankfully, a kind neighbor saw him and reached out for help, and since then, Ferris has happily embraced the indoor life. Ferris is an endlessly curious cat who loves to explore his surroundings. The moment you set down a grocery bag, purse, or delivery box, he’ll be right there, investigating every nook and cranny. He’s a little detective, always snooping around for something new and exciting. But his favorite activity? Playtime! Ferris has boundless energy and could chase a wand toy for hours if you let him. He also enjoys perching on his cat tower or sitting by the window, keeping a watchful eye on the squirrels outside—daring them to come just a little closer. While Ferris isn’t the biggest lap cat, he may choose to curl up with you at bedtime and loves to get pets and cheek scratches. He would likely enjoy the company of another feline friend in his forever home, but he’s also independent enough to thrive on his own. One thing to note—Ferris may need a tooth extracted in the future (several years down the road), so his adopter should keep an eye on it with their vet. If you’re looking for an adventurous, playful, and curious companion, Ferris is ready to bring excitement and love into your home! I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age.
