Story
Help find Victoria a home for the holidays! Either her own new family or long term foster. If you have questions please submit an application so we can open the lines of communication. Site limits to 1000 characters and there is more to share . Victoria has had a hard life she did not deserve. We do not know her exact history but can make some assumptions she was not well cared for and neglected. Victoria needs a home with an experienced cat lover who understands the challenges of working with a cat that will take some time to warm up to you. Think retirement home... where she can live out her days enjoying the sunlight from the window, an endless supply of treats and a loving caretaker that will admire her beauty and appreciate her majestic presence. She enjoys attention and pets only on her own terms and has a unique way of communicating. Victoria is 5-8 years old, UTD on shots, Spayed and Microchipped. Her rehoming fee has been sponsored by a generous donor.

Story
Muk was brought to us by the cat distribution center. We learned very quickly that he is a food motivated cat, as he enjoys to scream when we walk to the kitchen or have food. He's very curious, and he always wants to know what you're doing. True to his tabby behaviors, he is a very vocal cat, loves to be center of attention, and will tell you when he isn't feeling appreciated. He does have some nervous tendencies, such as biting when he is overwhelmed, but he is quick to correct himself (possibly bad reinforcements in the past) and will apologize. He's extremely cuddly, mostly prefers to sleep under the covers.

Story
Socks is 7 yrs old, Main Coon female cat, spayed. No rabies shot for 2 years, otherwise the rest of shots were up to date at that time. Chipped. This cat is mostly OK but has become territorial to our other cat without provocation, same to wife and I-- who feed her. As the other cat has no such problems, we are happy to just keep the one. Trying to find a home who can better contend with Socks than us. She mostly just likes to be a house cat though we got her and her brother to be mousers around the farm. He still does; she has gained weight so we have had to restrict her diet somewhat and feed less kibble(very little) and give her raw meat and canned food. (As to Rabies: Determined that the potential for ill health is worse than potential for getting rabies as there has not hardly been a case of rabies in Minnesota for years-- except in a county 200 miles north, one skunk. No cases of humans contracting rabies or pets that I can find in the last 3 years.)

Story
I got Lily from a friend when she was 6 months old, and now she's 6. Her previous home had another cat who would bully her around the lutterbox so it was best for her to find a new home. Lily does best where VERY little or no change is expected, as change is difficult for her. She is sassy, but loyal. She takes time to warm up to people, but is attracted to calm. She's become more comfortable venturing outside, though is still primarily an indoor cat. She has progressively struggled with litterboxes more and is now a health concern for our young family.

Story
Don't let my cute face fool you, I am an independent lady. I don't need anyone but feline friends. Ok so maybe I kinda might like you a little when your dishing out that canned food, brushing me, but that is it! And maybe I might like you if you have a toy mouse for me or if you are holding that thing that controls the red dot. But only then! I may also like you a little if you just happen to have some catnip but then I draw the line. If you think you can handle that then maybe just maybe someday we could be great friends but for now I need someone who can be understanding and patient. Humans weren't always so great to me. It's not my fault. I still deserve a chance. I personally think any human would be lucky to have a kitty as cute as me but I may be a bit bias ;) Date of birth (estimated): 12/6/18 Good with Dogs: Unknown Good with Cats: Yes House Trained: Yes Adoption Fee: $90 Submit an application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FEHR/Cat I live at the Sanctuary. Story
Hi! My name is Olivia. I am a sweet, snuggly, little girl who loves to love. I didn't get treated the best early in life. Because of this I had to have all my teeth removed. It's no so bad since I get to eat all canned food now. Yum! I get along with other kitty friends, but I absolutely love people. I would love to have a home where people have the time to give me affection and don't mind if I sit on their lap. I have times where I am independent but I do really love affection. If you think I might be the right fit for you fill out an adoption application and maybe we can meet! Adoption Fee $140 Apply Online: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FEHR/Cat *Olivia does have reactions to vaccines so her new family will need to be prepared to make sure their vet is aware, and can give preventative medications before any new vaccines*
