Story
Leo is a very sweet three year old indoor cat. He likes dogs and other cats but is shy. He wants chin and head scratches, especially at night, but does not like to be picked up. He was born to a feral cat mother. He and his sister were raised with an elderly cat and three foster kittens. Leo is very timid around people. Leo is overweight and needs a conscientious adopter. He eats several meals a day if food remains in his bowl. He should join a family who can give him 1/2 cup of cat food per day, or the amount listed in his food instructions. With different age cats in the house, including a senior cat who needs to free-feed, it is difficult to measure Leo’s food intake. Leo will come with a pet carrier.

Story
Leo has had the same owner since he was a kitten. He is 15 years old. He is gentle, enjoys a good head scratch, and napping in the sun. Sadly Leo’s owner has passed away and we are looking for a loving home for him. He is in good health.

Story
Cosmoman, or Cos, was a rescue kitty that we fostered starting at 4 weeks of age and adopted at 8 weeks. He was found alone. Cos needs to be in a home where he is the only cat. He’s affectionate and sweet but does not get along with the other kitties in our home. He’s active and likes to play. He has a stuffed taco toy that he presents to us like it’s a mouse and seems happy when we praise him. He likes to sleep with his humans if he’s the only cat there. He eats well and is healthy. He uses the litter box faithfully but doesn’t always cover his poo.

Story
Pluto and his brother Saturn are bonded brothers that must be adopted together! Indoor kitties only. They are 3 years old and the sweetest kitties in the world! Pluto is the lighter orange short haired boy. He is the more social & friendly of the brothers. He loves to play with pipe cleaners and those little puffballs you use in kid’s crafts - he even plays fetch! He loves to sit on your lap or next to you, he loves eating, and he loves being pet. He’s great with other cats and kids! He loves the sunshine and being warm - he’s always by the heat vent or laying out in the sun. Loves scratching posts and climbing on stuff like that. Is litter trained! These boys are so loved however they are not allowed in the home we just moved into, which is why we have to re-home. Looking for someone to love them like we do and keep them together.

Saturn and his brother Pluto are bonded brothers that must be adopted together! Indoor kitties only. They are 3 years old and the sweetest kitties in the world! Saturn is the darker orange medium length haired boy. He is a little more shy than his brother Pluto, but it only takes a few weeks for him to warm up. He loves being brushed and playing with toys! He’s great with other cats and kids! He loves to be cozy and if you sit still long enough he’ll sit on your lap or cuddle you when you’re sleeping. Loves scratching posts and climbing on stuff like that. Is litter trained! These boys are so loved however they are not allowed in the home we just moved into, which is why we have to re-home. Story
Say hi to Trouble! Despite his name, Trouble is very well-behaved (we were in fear of our lamps and breakables when he was a kitten....but he's much calmer now.) He's a very healthy four-year old grey tabby who likes to play, and will curl up at your feet all day long to keep you company. We got him at the Huron Valley Humane Society. I'm looking for a new home for him because my son is heading off to college, and I'll be traveling a lot more, and I don't want to have to board him or have him be alone for extended periods of time with only cat-sitters for company. He's very sweet and likes hard head scritches. He can be co-adopted with his current feline housemate, Black Jack, or by himself. (They get along, but are not closely bonded.) Trouble would do best in a reasonably quiet home. Trouble likes to sniff the fresh air and look at birds and squirrels outside, so I can provide him with a catio if you want to install that near one of your windows.
