Story
Luna is an absolutely lovely cat! She’s 2 years old and I got her from a private breeder. Right now, she lives with both a dog and another cat. However, since Luna isn’t spayed and the male cat is, it’s been a bit challenging for her. She would really benefit from a new home where she can be more comfortable. If you’re not planning on breeding right away, it would probably be best to have her spayed. When Luna was 6 months old, she had a minor brain injury after hitting her head. Occasionally, she walks in circles, but this doesn’t affect her sweet nature or her ability to behave normally. She’s still the same affectionate, outgoing cat who loves people and being around them. She’s always been an indoor cat, and I truly hope her new home will be filled with love and kindness. It’s been very hard to make this decision, but due to my busy job and frequent traveling, I no longer have the time she deserves. I want the best for Luna, and I know she’ll bring so much joy to her new family.

Story
Betty is a sweet old (12 years) kitty with the heart of a kitten. She loves lots of attention and snuggles. Betty will cuddle with you any chance she gets. It breaks our heart to have to rehome her because she is the best kitty, but sadly to our surprise we discovered that our newborn son is highly allergic. Betty is a vocal cat who will respond to her name and will talk to you. Betty loves her scratch pads but has never clawed at anything but toys intended for scratching. I know she’s a bit older, but I truly hope someone can choose to love her and give her the attention she needs and deserves for her remaining days! Thank you!

Story
Two year old playful cat. Although she is tolerant to children she loves adults. She is territorial but listens well. She loves to sun bathe so the brightest part of the house will most likely be her favorite place to relax. She loves to nap with company and extra rubs in the morning are her favorite.

Hello, I originally rescued Hazel in Grand Rapids and we have had her for four years. We have a busy schedule And she would benefit in being in someone’s home who can give her more attention. She is mild tempered and somewhat friendly. Does not like to be petted by everyone only certain people. Likes treats and loves to sleep in the sun.

Story
Captain is such a sweet boy, he loves attention and cuddling and will always be ready to climb on your lap for some love. He has plenty of history with other cats but is no longer getting along with the other cat at home (though that may be her fault). Enjoys the outdoors, but also tries to eat everything outside so be careful. 8 years old, healthy, fixed, with claws.

Story
Chip Skylark is a part of our Hardworking Cats program. This program is generally for cats that would not be suited for traditional adoption, but that would thrive as barn cats, warehouse mousers, or indoor/outdoor companions. Hardworking cats often enjoy a level freedom and independence that other cats may not require but can bring the benefit of chemical free pest control and successfully deter other unwanted animal guests from your property.Chip Skylark is a very social and outgoing boy! He is extremely energetic and very playful; he loves to hunt and will pounce on anything that he believes could be food or prey (which is sometimes your feet). He is not tolerant of being picked up, over handled, or restrained for medical procedures. He is also over stimulated and can be a rough player. When Chip Skylark is not trying to hunt or explore, he is a smart boy who will do just about anything for a treat.Because of this, we believe Chip Skylark would do best as an indoor/outdoor cat with most of his time being spent indoors. He likely would do well being able to explore outside and releasing some of his energy and using his natural instincts to hunt. He needs to go home with no children but would do well with another energetic, outgoing, and playful cat! They would likely keep each other occupied and help get rid of some of that crazy energy!
