Story
This sweet 5lb Bombay (I believe) was found wandering our plant floor. She was uncollared and we soon found out she was raising two kittens which were inaccessible. After a week of coaxing and growth, the kittens emerged from hiding and we immediately started to care for all. I volunteered to house the new family in my home where they would be safe and clean. The two kittens were adopted last week and mom was heartbroken for a week. She has since recovered and is now more friendly and playful, but still wary. She hasn't had a lot of human contact, but is quickly becoming more friendly as you can see from the one picture. She has had all her vaccinations, checked for worms and finished her medication for them. She has a second dose of flea medication that is to be administered by 9/18/2023. I am planning on getting her spayed in mid-September 2023. She is litterbox trained and seems healthy and happy in general. Everything I bought and done for her is yours free of charge.

Story
We adopted Buttons through the PetSmart rescue in 2009. He is 15 1/2 years old, his birthdate is March 27, 2009. He weighs about 10 1/2 pounds. He has been litter trained since day one. He is a very loving and friendly animal. Loves attention and is a lap sitter. I have not given him his rabies shot this year otherwise his shots are up to date. He has a thyroid issue for which he takes 1/2 a pill twice daily. If his hair is kept short then he has no problem with hairballs. The reason we need to rehome him is because my husband was recently diagnosed with cancer and is going through chemo treatments and I am dealing with a heart issue myself. We are no longer able to care for him.

Story
His name is Floki. He is roughly 12 years old, not sure of actual birthdate. He is the sweetest boy ever. I am in an unfortunate situation, my son moved in with his cats and family and poor Floki is being bullied and has lost weight. I rescued him from a place that I worked at last year, they made him stay outside in all sorts of weather. He only weighed 10 pounds when I brought him home. He gained weight over the year but when my son moved in he started losing weight again. Even if someone could just foster him until they moved out (we’re hoping within the next month) it would be greatly appreciated. He is a month late for his one year rabies vaccine but I can take care of that.

Story
Floki is an orange and white cat, 13 years old and is a sweet boy. He is very laid back and loves to snuggle, but only on his terms. I rescued him from a group home where I had worked about 2 1/2 years ago. He was very thin and they made him stay outside in all types of weather. I brought him home and fattened him up, he adjusted well to me and my husband. About a year later we brought my daughter’s senior dog into our home, he was not happy, but he tolerates her. Now my home life has changed and my grandkids are living with us. Poor guy is not doing well with the children, the youngest will be 2 in December and is very rambunctious. Floki has lost a lot of weight since they have been here. He needs a quiet environment to live in. He eats IAMs food for sensitive stomachs and around 4 pm I give him a spoon of wet food, his favorite is chicken. He will definitely let you know when it is time for chicken. He doesn’t not do well with other cats unfortunately.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. ***SPECIAL ADOPTION PRICE*** Kind and Boo boo are such a sweet brother and sister. Their owner had to surrender them due to the a severe allergy. They will need a little patience getting settled in.  They are big, fluffy kitties with gorgeous, thick double coats. They love to be brushed! Kind is more timid than her brother, but they are really coming around fast in their foster home! Both enjoy having their bellies rubbed.  Both kitties are healthy, friendly and love to cuddle once they settle in. Kind (also known as Jazz) will usually come and sleep with you too. They need to be the only pets and deserve all the love!  (Note: They would do best in a home without younger kids) You can view some of our adoptable cats and kittens during store hours at the Commerce Petsmart on the west side of Haggerty Road just north of 14 Mile Road. If you are interested in adopting one or more of our lovable cats, please complete the online Application which you can find on our website at www.locrami.com If you have questions please email info@locrami.com.  Thank you for your interest in adopting a rescued cat.
