Story
Hola, soy Tres! Nice to meet you, I'm Tres! I came into the rescue with my sister Uno and my brother Dos after living outside. We were born around April 2023. We all love being around other cats, and we are very food motivated. I would do best with a cat friend in my forever home to help me feel more confident. I could be adopted out to a home with an existing kitty, or go as a pair with one of my foster friends! I am a little shy when you first reach for me, but then I remember how much I love to be pet. My foster mom says I melt into a big cuddle puddle when I get pet. I would like to live in a quieter home without loud noises and sudden movements because I am a easily spooked. I certainly have a lot of love to give! Tres is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting him, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment. Story
Meet Daisy, an adult cat with a heart as warm as a summer's day. Her nurturing nature shines through in her interactions, always ready to share a cuddle or a comforting purr. Daisy adores neck scratches - quickest way to her heart. She enjoys a good brushing session, her purrs echoing like a soft melody. The only thing Daisy likes more than neck scratches and pets is FOOD! Daisy loves her wet food and will let you know when she is hungry. Daisy, a pretty tabby, once lived a different life outdoors, but now seeks a loving forever home. Daisy was found pregnant and has been a protective, nurturing, and sweet mama. Despite her past, she carries an air of grace and calm. Daisy is fantastic with children, her gentle demeanor making her a great addition to any family. She even allows respectful and gentle children to pick her up. Daisy has been around other cats and seems to be fine unless they had gotten too close to her babies. She is just protective like a good mama should be. Daisy would probably do well with another cat friend of similar disposition. Adopt Daisy, not just because she needs a home, but because she has an abundance of love to give, and she's ready to share it with you. Daisy is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email ahsemadopt@yahoo.com. Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment. Story
Meet Poppi! Poppi is a little shy, a trait that only adds to her charm. She appreciates the company of her fellow felines, finding comfort and companionship in their presence. Which makes her a great addition to a home that already has feline friends. She has a soft spot for treats, but don't expect her to be overly affectionate. Poppi might not be the type to sit on your lap and purr, but she will bring joy and companionship to your home. Her unique personality makes her the perfect pet for someone who appreciates a cat with an independent spirit. Poppi requires a patient and understanding adopter. Someone who can understand her initial reticence and give her the time she needs to come out of her shell. The joy of watching Poppi bloom into a confident, loving pet is a reward in itself. Poppi is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org. Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. Story
Meet Mother Merriweather, a regal queen cat with a heart full of love and a voice as sweet as her spirit! After lovingly raising a tribe of playful kittens, she’s now ready to receive all the attention and affection she so generously gave. A bit of a chatterbox, she’s never shy to express herself, especially when it’s time for cuddles or playtime. Whether curling up on your lap or nestling close to her favorite person, she’s always eager for companionship. Despite being a tired teen mom, she has a playful side—always happy to watch her kittens play first, but never turning down a fun game with a wand toy or a feather. Highly food-motivated, this little royal loves to indulge in delicious treats. With her adorable chirpy voice and loving nature, Mother Merriweather just wants to be treated like the queen she truly is. Mother Merriweather is currently in a foster home. If you are interested in meeting her, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org. Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens.
