Story
Meet beautiful mom Lily and her sweet kittens Marilyn, Edie, and Herman. Lily had a very rough start and her future looked bleak as an expecting mother living in the streets. She was so scared but very thankful to be rescued and happy to be in a home with her foster mom where she delivered her babies September 19th, 2023, just days after being rescued. This family is enjoying the good life now playing with other foster kittens while waiting for their forever home. Some of their favorite toys are toy mice and balls, cat tunnels, and a laser pointer of course. Mama Lily is very pretty and mostly white with beautiful blue green eyes. She is shy and timid at first but warms up with food and lots of love and affection. Lily loves to be petted which gets her purring. Lily has very petite features with her little ears and paws and a small meow. She loves the treats that her foster mom gives her every day. Lily still is playful and will chase the laser pointer and zoom through the house with her kittens.  Marilyn, Edie, and Herman are frisky kittens and play is their middle name.  They would love to be adopted as a family or with another sibling to play with.  The entire family is spayed/neutered, current on all shots, FIV negative and microchipped.  To be considered for their forever family and to request an application please contact us at viviennejames@comcast.net.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (They are currently in Tennessee but can be transported north upon adoption.)  November 4, 2024, 11:48 pm

Story
Meet Inky and Blinky, a fantastic mother-daughter duo who are simply wonderful fully-black cats. They are very nearly identical except in size (Blinky has some growing to do - once she catches up to mom's size, good luck telling them apart!). They currently live in a household with a few other cats and a couple of dogs. Neither of them is afraid of the dogs (anymore; there was an adjustment period, but they've learned that the dogs respond appropriately to their feline superiority and a good hissing reprimand usually corrects the dog). Momma Inky is so chill about the resident dog, Clyde, that she lets him literally sit on her.   Inky and Blinky need to be adopted together as they are a bonded pair - they play together (Inky wasn't much more than a kitten herself when she found herself suddenly a mother); they groom each other; they hang out and sleep together. Inky is very friendly and will sit with the foster human and seek out attention from her; Blinky is more reserved but doesn't object to being picked up, petted, handled, etc.    While they are currently housed with other cats, they would do fine as a 'solo' pair, or they can integrate into a household with other cats (Blinky needs to be spayed, which is causing a minor issue with one of the household females; that'll be fixed (no pun intended) before Blinky goes to a new home). Please save their foster from foster-failing with these two. Said foster has been fostering for CCR for a few years; this pair...they pose the biggest temptation out of all the cats that have gone through their home. They are a complete joy to have in the house and will make a stellar addition to yours.  To be considered for their forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne at viviennejames@comcast.net.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (Inky and Blinky are actually in Tennessee but can be transported north upon adoption.)November 4, 2024, 11:48 pm

Story
Mama Della is a very lucky female orange tabby cat, who was picked up by a Critter Cavalry Rescue cat Foster mom and brought home with her litter of six beautiful babies. Kind of a one in a million situation for this girl to be able to raise her babies in the safety and nurturing care of a seasoned foster home. Her babies are healthy, she is spayed and ready to find her own loving family or person to adopt her. She is friendly and playful and snugly. No shyness about her at all. If you know anything about orange tabby cats, you will know that it is rare to have a female orange tabby cat. Again she's kind of one of those rare and special girls that got a life break when she was brought out of harm's way with her whole litter and nurtured during her time of nursing and raising her babies. If you would love to have this very young adult female orange tabby girl called Mama Della, Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.January 17, 2025, 5:44 am
