George was a temporary placement in our home. However his previous owners have decided against taking him back. We have tried to make it work but ultimately George deserves a quieter home free of other pets and kids. Although I don't know much of his past, he is an anxious kitty who could benefit from 1 to 1 care. He's a big boy and he purrs loudly. I know I'm just a step on George's journey, I'm hoping his next move is to his forever home!

Meet Pete, This girl can be a bit shy at first, but with slow attention and gentle pets, she`ll offer the softest purr. Pete came to us as a stray, where we do not know if she has ever been around humans before! She shows her under socialized side when quick or loud moments/ noises happen. She`d thrive with a patient person who understands she may take a bit to come around to a house cat life! We do not know how Pete does with dogs, although we believe she may do well in a home with other cats! As for kids, their energy may be too much for her. He does like gentle chin rubs on his terms and is known to enjoy a brushing session or two.Additionally, Guy Fiery is FIV positive, so he will need to remain an indoor only kitty, living either as the only cat in your home, or live with other cats who also have FIV in your home. To keep he and his bladder happy and comfortable, Guy Fiery asks to enjoy a Prescription Hills diet of C/D food you can get with your vet. When he does, he`ll head butt your hand for scratches and walk away when he is done! This guy also enjoys hanging out with his `Brother` Snow- they are a BONDED PAIR and must go home together! Meet Minecraft;He`s just a young guy looking to build a world with you! He can be very shy and reserved at first and is what we call `Under-socialized`! This means he missed the critical human socialization period and will take a longer time to gain confidence with people! He has been making progress, though! A keynote about Minecraft is he has chronic upper respiratory infections. He is currently on a medication called `L-lysine` To help support his immune system and give him the boost he needs. This is currently the only medication he`s on, and it just gets sprinkled over his food once a day. While he can go to a home with other cats, it`s important to note if he has a flare up, the other kitty could become susceptible to it!
