A beautiful black and white female domestic cat. Shock was surrendered with her litter mates Lock and Barrel and she is the only remaining one out of the litter. Shock may be shy and standoffish at first but we believe once she is adopted, she will finally be able to open up and thrive. She needs someone to give her a chance and that can be patient with her. She can be misunderstood at times but that’s OK! Shock does well with other cats and doesn’t mind dogs. She would probably do best in a home with older children as she is shy. She has started to open up more and we hope her going into a home will help socialize her more. After being surrendered with her mother and siblings at only 2months old, she is the only remaining member of her family, The Simpsons at HSAC. Maggie is super spoiled & she knows it! She knows she can do whatever she pleases & you will still love her. Maggie is a small girl, roughly the size of a 6-8month old kitten but has a huge heart. She enjoys running around & playing with others. Maggie does well with other cats and children. Maggie wants a home where she can be the princess & have a family who loves her unconditionally. Who loves their solid black cats?? We sure do! Elain is one sweet girl who can be a little shy at first but once she gets to know you, all she wants is her belly rubbed. Elain came in as a cruelty case after being left behind at abandoned house. He co-existed with at least 15 other cats. We believe Elain has had children at some point in her young life but now she will never have to worry about it again. Elain loves to receive and give lovins. She loves to play with toys and hang out. What is there not to say about Sadie? This beautiful girl was adopted back in 2020 and was deeply loved but had to be returned due to no fault of her own. Unfortunately, Sadie’s owner passed away in 2024, leaving Sadie and her cat sister all alone in the home. Thankfully, a few family members stepped up to help and Sadie’a sister was adopted by on of the said family members, but Sadie was extremely scared and had to come back to HSAC. After a little TLC and flea medication, Sadie is finally growing her hair back in and looking like her normal self again. With her beautiful white coat, colorful patches on her head, and gorgeous green eyes, she truly stands out! Oh, and she’s a big girl too! Her belly hangs low but that makes her unique! She is adjusting really well with staff and the other cats. She still hides but will come out if given attention.
