My owner was diagnosed with bonce cancer and had no choice but to send me and four other siblings to the local humane society. Since I was very scared and depressed from my new surroundings in the humane society, they reached out to Beauties for help. I was a very timid boy at the time, but now I am doing well with six other cats and a senior dog. You can hear me chase and play with my foster sister throughout all hours of the day. Head rubs, belly rubs and chin rubs cause me to be a purr machine. Have learned that coffee in the morning equals the great taste of cream! I am not yet a complete lap kitty, still working on that but I do occasionally just jump up beside my foster parents and watch a good movie or stick my nose in my foster mom's eye for attention. Love big bed pillows and the dog bed. Comfortable around the senior dog because she is low key. Bird watching is fascinating to me, so I really do enjoy wide open windows. I am a quiet guy and still a little timid but am a curious fellow once comfortable in my surroundings. He is a very sweet, loving, cuddly, excepting playful boy. He has got the cutest little face and White markings on his feet. He will transition well into any home. He's very smart and funny. He likes to greet you with the hiss, but don't be alarmed, that's a greeting for him and it means hello though it is confusing for the cats around him. Chong is a big boy, but he's got an even bigger heart. This boy was let down by humans when he fell victim to a hoarder home. Because of this he does have trust issues, but no worries he is easily won over with head scratches and his favorite canned friskies. Chong does take a little longer to warm up, and can come across as shy in the beginning. Once he can trust you he will be your very best friend. He does extremely well with other cats, and finds comfort in being close to his foster brothers. Dogs on the other hand are a big no for this feline. They stress him out, and after the amount of stress he has gone through he deserves to have peace in his forever home.
