Story
Kitty is a loving princess. She adores sitting on your lap. She is fully potty trained and will not have accidents as long as her litter box is cleaned out regularly. She WILL NOT eat dry cat food. She will starve herself before eating dry cat food, this is common with Persians. Any wet cat food is fine with her. She has very long fluffy hair. You can either brush her regularly, or take her every three months for a haircut. If neither is done, she will matte. Her tongue is out like the pictures 90% of the time. Doesn't bother her. She came declawed in the front. She is very lazy and prefers to lounge in the sunlight. She is fine with kids of all ages. If the children are young and try to squeeze her, she will run and hide. She is familiar with small dogs, but isn't particularly fond, just tolerates them. She is a tiny lady under all the hair, maybe 5 lbs. True age unknown, possibly 6 years.

Story
Hi! I’m OC and looking for my furever home. I wandered into a family’s backyard this summer but as it gets colder out I want a warm lap to snuggle on and watch TV. I’m shy at first, but once I get to know you I want to play, help you Google info on the computer, watch movies, and play some more. I got a clean bill of health when I was neutered, chipped, and vaccinated. The vet thinks I’m between 1 and 5 years old…I furgot to count so I don’t know either. When I was recovering from the neutering I impressed the humans with my litter box skills. I just love being cared for and express that by purring all the time (even at the vet). I’m an adaptable cat who hopes to find a warm, loving home before winter.

Story
Bubzy needs to be an only pet. He doesn't accept another creature in the household receiving attention. He is extremely jealous and will act out. When he bonds with a human, he is very affectionate and would love to sit on your lap all day. Personally, I think he would be a great fit for someone elderly. He is 6 years old and four paw declawed. He will not try to escape and go outdoors. Sometimes you will find him burrowed in a pile of pillows. He has done very well with a setup in our basement. We would like to rehome him because he deserves more of a life than a basement. He deserves much more attention than he receives. He deserves a window to sit in where he can feel the breeze and hear the birds, and our basement does not offer that for him, and we do not have another room as an option to provide for him. He will do okay with children as long as they are calm and well behaved. He prefers a quiet environment.

Story
I can be shy at times but usually I like to meet the people who come in to visit, I can get a little possessive of them and swat away any of the other cats so I can have all the attention. Otherwise I will lay around and get pet for a while then go and laydown in the sun. I am not an active boy but I make up for it in cuddles and lap time, when I'm excited to see someone I give pretty gentle love bites. I would love a nice quiet home with a human that would tend to my every need, your reward will be love bites and headbutts. If you think that sounds like fun you should put in an application today! This 4 year old purrfect felines adoption donation is $75 which includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccine, flea/tick preventative, and dewormer. Story
I was pretty scared when I got to Safe Haven, but its nice here. I have a room to play in and socialize with humans and other cats, with lots of people to brush my beautiful hair. I am a little older and don't enjoy the ruff play the younger cats like, but will come out to get attention and treats. I will even tolerate some gentle brushing, but I can get a little moody and tell you with a tender warning swat that I'm done and would prefer to do something else, like sitting together or having you pet my head while I sleep in my condo. I may be older, but my 12 pound body can still climb the cat trees and I dream of a home with lots of windows to lay in and a lap to nap on when I need the attention of my human. Please submit an application if I sound like your kind of older gentleman. This 11 year old purrfect felines adoption donation is $75 which includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccine, flea/tick preventative, and dewormer. Story
I was being taken care of by a really nice lady, but her other cats picked on me and she decided it would be best to find me a new home with the help of Safe Haven. I can be shy and keep to myself, but if there is a person around I will do anything to get them to notice me. I enjoy getting pet and brushed but do appreciate time to just lay around and enjoy my surroundings. At the shelter I share a room with other cats like me, we don't mind each other and get along really well, we just respect each other's boundaries. In my new home I will need time to adjust to a new place and people, and another cat with a laidback personality would probably be great. I have been know to get underfoot in my desire to keep pace with people at the shelter and have almost tripped some of them, I might not do well with people having balance issues, but I really like to be around people. Please apply for me, I could be a really good boy for you if given the chance. This 2 year old purrfect felines adoption donation is $75 which includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies vaccine, FVRCP vaccine, flea/tick preventative, and dewormer.
