Story
Found this little girl knocking on my front door and decided I should save her from the upcoming freeze. She is the sweetest, most loving and cuddly girl you'll ever meet! She is smart, healthy, playful, and fast! She still has all her cute little kitten quirks as she's still quite young, about 10 months. I'm asking $70 as reimbursement for her spay as well as her distemper and rabies shots. She's pretty healed up from her spay and ready to go to a loving forever home!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Kate was adopted from us in 2016 when she was just a few years old, but unfortunately her owners moved out of state and into a new living situation that prohibits pets. So Kate came back to Safe Haven as a senior cat. We treated her with a much needed 'kittie dental' that resulted in all her teeth being pulled. However, she is totally recovered from that, and her oral health is much better now and she eats her senior kibble just fine! It was also discovered that Kate now has a heart murmur, so she is on daily oral medication to help her heart function properly. Luckily this medication is a common human medication (Atenolol) that is very inexpensive, so this shouldn't slow down her adoptability one bit!   Since Kate is now a senior girl, she is looking for a quality senior cat home (ie quiet, peaceful, and plenty of relaxing views out windows) and it seems like Kate may be happiest if she was the only kitty in her new home. Since she is currently our oldest resident, she holds a special place in many hearts - so much so that one of our volunteers has sponsored her adoption fee! So all Kate needs now is for a potential adopter to open up their home and heart to let Kate in! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 10:00 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Tiger! He is a handsome 9-year old Tabby cat in need of a second forever home following the passing of his senior human.  Tiger is a good boy who enjoys being a homebody. He likes human attention on his subtle terms, including head scratches not belly rubs. He is known for being very chatty while patiently awaiting his meal or human attention. Tiger is looking for a home without young children. He would do best in a quiet home with humans who can respect his space and boundaries. He has previously shared a home with another cat & dog, so he may do well with the right feline & canine friends. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 10:00 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Tora is a "Sweetie Pie". She is hesitant & cautious at first but then with time & patience warms up to you.  She is more comfortable with women, but warmed up to her foster dad with time. Tora's favorite activity is to have her ears, head, neck and chest noogied, but she can be sensitive about petting her back.  She also really loves a good windowsill & a room with a view! Tora was also a good mother to her kittens when she first came in, very caring.  Her foster parents really think she will be a wonderful forever pet for someone now that she is done being a mom, and has been spayed - so no more mothering duties to worry about, just living her best life now waiting to be adopted! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 12, 2024, 5:43 pm
