Please meet Sunny! He was found on a very cold day last January covered in fleas and completely emaciated. He was so thankful for food in his belly and a warm place to sleep that he purred nonstop for days! Sunny was adopted in February and through no fault of his own, he was recently returned to Paws on my Heart Rescue. After several months of lavish meals and a pampered indoor life, Sunny is now a healthy almost 20 pound kitty! He can get playful with the laser pointer, however, he is mostly over the kitten craziness. He loves to look outside in between naps and snacks. It's hard to know exactly how old Sunny is, but our guess is 4-7 years old. He does well with dogs and kids that respect his space. He has impeccable little box skills. Sunny is so very loved at his foster home, but he is so very deserving of his forever home. Sunny is positive for feline leukemia, so he will need to go to a home without other kitties or a home with another feline positive kitty.

Haku is a very calm one year old with the occasional zoomies of course, but he loves stretching out and taking long naps the most. He loves window gazing, staring at all the outdoor creatures and heck even stares when there's nothing there! He may not be the most graceful cat but his clumsiness will absolutely put a smile on your face. He is an absolute water fanatic that is obsessed with drinking water and loves to burrow in his little cat teepee. Haku's friendly with other cats, but also loves to play by himself with toys. You buy him a new cat toy and he is occupied for hours on end. Make sure to avoid giving him any feather/string toys of any sort though as he licks them to the point of trying to eat them!! You'll know he's in the room as his meows sound like a squeaky toy and he is also a purring machine. A very calming sensation to hold as he often falls asleep on your hands. His fosters named him Haku because he has a majestic face similar to the dragon from Studio Ghibli. He enjoys being petted and would love a home with other cats or it being just him and his human(s). I was dumped at a village pantry in Miami County but I'm very thankful to now be safe and living indoors. When I came into the rescue, I was unsure of my new human friends but I've become very comfortable and happy living inside thanks to my loving foster family. I am now ready to find a home. I am content to do my own thing and curl up on a cozy bed or climb the cat tree and look outside. I'm young so I also enjoy playing with toys or wands or batting balls.

I am Swan formerly known as Ducky. I was picked up in a small town. I was microchipped but my owner would not answer the phone, emails, or the door. I don't understand why she didn't love me anymore. I am a sweet spunky girl just shy of 4 years old. I am ready to find my forever family this time. I have been hanging out at the Pawz pet cafe since June 2024 but I'm ready for my own home with my very own space..tower..bowls and sunny window!! You will love my personality!
