Story
Hey, I found this kitten in a ditch in my back yard. I was letting my dog out when I heard him crying. It was raining really hard this morning and he was so tiny and helpless. I took him inside and tried to see if he had a home in the area, but no one claimed him. We named him Little Tom but my dog has several health issues due to allergies and tumors. I am already drowning in vet bills. I cannot afford to keep this little guy, but he is a very good kitten. He gets along with my adult cat who is a female and my dog who is a male pitbull. He loves to cuddle and he is very good with my 13 month old daughter. He is using the litter box and doing very well. I just dont have the finances or the time that he deserves.

Story
Rocco is a very talkative and loving cat. He was our baby before we had kids and is jealous and attention hungry. We would rather he could live with someone who has the time to give him the love he deserves. He is very beautiful and so sweet.

Story
Baby Girl’s journey has been full of hardship and neglect. Her previous owner abandoned her along with many other cats, leaving them to fend for themselves with no care or medical attention. She was never taken to the vet, and after bearing multiple litters, she was left weak and undernourished. When I finally brought her to the vet, she was not only dangerously thin but also pregnant yet again. Despite everything she’s been through, Baby Girl has an incredible heart. She is sweet and loving toward people, always eager for affection. However, her experiences have left her wary of other cats. She hisses and growls when they’re around, likely because she’s spent so much of her life in survival mode, competing for food while struggling through endless pregnancies. With the right love and care, I truly believe Baby Girl could blossom and learn to embrace anything. Please consider giving Baby Girl that chance to be your new furry companion—she’s ready to trade her struggles for peace and love

Story
Bubba-Sieta is a smart, sweet natured, wonderful personality cat. He is a rescue from woods near my home. He has lived in my basement for a year and a half. He had a terrible eye infection while homeless in the woods, he would come to my back porch twice a day and I applied antibiotic ointment to his eyes. I eventually took him to the vet, he was neutered and received more antibiotic ointment for his eyes. The infection is totally healed, he appears to have no vision deficits. He does not get a long with my 4 cats I already had, so he lives primarily in the basement. He would be a wonderful pet for a single cat owner. He loves to be in your lap, loves to be brushed and loves to be near his special human.

Story
Pickles the orange kitty is a male, kiwi is the tabby who is also a male, and yogurt the black one is a female. They are approximately 9 weeks old and we are desperately trying to find homes for them. They are currently in our home and are fully litter box trained. They have done amazing with our kids and other animals in our home. We were not intending on having a litter of kitties in our home and simply do not have the space for so many! No rehoming fee we just want them to go to loving homes!

Story
Nacho is 2 years old, soon to be 3 on March 3, 2025. My name is Chambray. I adopted Nacho from Metro East Humane Society in Highland, IL in October of 2023. He has been my bestest friend and biggest support-kitty ever since. Nacho loves cuddles and chin scratchies. He's not the biggest fan of exercise but he is a great laser chaser. Nacho is very shy and very very timid. Big noises are a big problem for him but he bounces back just fine. He loves high places, and is always trying to find new hiding spaces and stay there for naps. He truly is the sweetest, most loving little guy I have ever had the pleasure of loving. I have just fallen on hard times mentally and he deserves someone that is able to love him all the time with no issue.
