Birthday: August 25, 2023 Sex: Spayed Female Breed: Domestic Shorthair Fee: $150. She comes vet checked, spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed and negative for FIV/FELV! Traits: Good with other cats, unknown with kids and dogs About Me : Zelda and 15 other cats were dropped off at an animal hospital on a cold and rainy night. We don’t know anything about her previous life, but we do know she is safe and happy now. Zelda was scared at first, but quickly warmed up to people once she felt safe. One of our volunteers worked with her and was able to help her come out of her shell! Now she is happy to see everyone she meets and will happily accept cuddles and pets. She loves wet food and spending time with her siblings Sonic, Knuckles, and Link. She loves to be brushed and get chin scratches. Zelda would do best in a home with someone who is willing to work with her while she adjusts to her new home. She would do best being adopted with one of the kitties she was brought in with, or to a home that already has a friendly cat at home. Zelda is currently being housed at Best Pets in Antioch. He comes vet checked, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, negative for FIV/FELV and dewormed! About Me : Sonic and 15 other cats were dropped off at Lakes Animal Clinic in Antioch on a cold and rainy night. We don’t know anything about his previous life, but we do know that he is happy and safe now. After being abandoned, Sonic was slow to adjust to his new environment, but after love and treats, he is very loving and asks for attention! Sonic is still young and very playful! Sonic absolutely loves to play with string toys and catnip while interacting with his favorite human! He needs to go to a home that will continue to work with him so he thrives! His adoption fee has been lowered to help find him a home that is willing to take the time to continue to work with him, and let him know everything is okay. She comes vet checked, spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and dewormed! About Me : Paula was found living under a friend of the rescues 4 seasons room. Once we caught her, we quickly realized she was definitely someone's pet at some point as she was very friendly towards other people. No owners ever came forward around that area. Paula is very nice 95% of the time, but sometimes if you over stimulate her she will turn around and nip. We think that someone had her and did not like this about her and put her outside. She was very skinny outside and wasn't doing well and she really does enjoy people, but she is a princess and you gotta follow her rules. She does not like other cats so far while in our care. Paula is very food motivated and treats and food will make her your best friend. We have had 2 vets look at her and one said she is 1 year old, and the other vet said she was under a year old. We understand she is a pretty cat, but she is going to need a very special and understanding home. We want to make sure wherever she goes will follow her rules so this doesn't happen again to her. She will need to go to a home without children or other cats. Probably not dogs either, but we have not had any dogs around Paula yet. Once an application is approved, we will require a meet and greet with her to ensure it is going to be a good fit. Name: Static Age: 2 years old Sex: Neutered Male Breed: Domestic Longhair Traits: Good with other cats, kids (unknown with dogs) Fee: $150. Our cats come vet checked, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and preventative treatment for fleas/ticks/worms. About Me: Static was surrendered to the rescue because of a divorce and they could no longer take proper care of him. Static has a neurological issue which makes him wobble when he walks. Besides his wobble, static does not act like there's anything wrong with him. The rescue tried a few different routes of treatment to see if he would improve, but Static will likely have the wobble for the rest of his life. He is otherwise a healthy cat. He is the friendliest cat and he absolutely loves to climb into anyone's lap that is available for cuddles. He loves toys just like any other cat, especially catnip filled toys! Static needs to go to a home that he would be able to be kept away from stairs and other high climbable surfaces. While he cannot jump, he will still try to climb cat trees and stairs and we would not want him to hurt himself. Static likes other cats, however they are sometimes a bit afraid of him at first. We have not had Static around dogs, but we think that he would do ok with a slow and proper introduction and he was around dogs in his previous home. That's how Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles came to us and these spunky girls are confident and adventurous kittens. Buttercup is a loyal and silly kitten who loves hanging out with her siblings! She is super playful, but out of her litter, she is probably the biggest sweetheart. She absolutely loves attention and to be cuddled. Once playtime is over, she is always the one who wants to be held. We have not had her around any dogs, but we think she would do okay with a proper introduction. Blossom is the largest of her sisters, she is shy at first, but once she feels safe, she is very sweet, laid back and gentle. She is the most independent of her litter and will go hang out by herself, with people or other cats. Once she is used to you, she turns into a limp noodle when you pick her up.
