Chiggins is a 3.5-year-old Maine Coon/Tabby mix. He's a big boy (like his Maine Coon father) but has short hair and tabby markings (like his mom). Chiggins gets along wonderfully with dogs. He probably thinks he's a dog. He is much more picky about other cats. He would do best in a home as an only cat and no small children (he's not a fan of their quick movements and unpredictability). Chiggins is a snuggler but can be suspicious of strangers. We've had Chiggins since he was a baby. He's been an exclusively indoor cat but he has all the makings of a great barn kitty too (friendly and independent).

Story

Blueberry and her sister Mango were abandoned by a lady that was renting a house from a friend. I agreed to foster them until we could find a home or rescue that would take them. I’ve had them for about 6 months. They are very human friendly and get along with my dogs. They tolerate the cats but aren’t very friendly towards them. I would guess they are just over a year old. They love attention and come lay on us. They like to sit on our shoulders and will jump up there anytime they get the chance.

For the last 5 yrs Annie has been my mom’s constant companion. Unfortunately mom just moved to memory care & we now need to find Annie a new home. She’s a sweet girl whose favorite activity is curling up on the lap of her favorite person. She loves chin scratches & watching birds from the window. She also likes to show off her playful side & will zoom from room to room batting at her toys, before settling in for another cat nap. Kitty treats are a must before bed & she will kindly remind you if forgotten. She can be a bit shy meeting new people & needs someone who will let her warm up to you at her own pace. She’s spent her entire life in a quiet home with a senior. She needs to be the only pet in the home, and needs an adopter who is patient in letting her slowly warm up to you. This will be a big change for her, and one we hope she never has to go through again. She’s a sweet cat who deserves to find her forever home.
