Edith was adopted as a kitten and returned to our rescue at 9 years old through no fault of her own. Imagine losing all you knew and had after 9 years only to have to return to a shelter environment! This poor girl is still afraid of her caregivers and is difficult to catch. We know she has the potential to blossom into a lovey girl with time and patience. She's amazing with other cats, too! If you are approved for adoption, we are now doing curbside adoptions in order to minimize contact. Ginger is estimated to be about 12 years old. She lived her entire life outside until she was brought into rescue at the end of May, 2024. She has had many litters of kittens but that has all changed now since she is now fully vetted and vaccinated and she won't have to worry about those things anymore. She may be 12, but she is great shape. Bloodwork was run and it is normal! Dental was complete with 11 extractions. She is feeling so much better! Ginger is adjusting well to the inside life. She's sweet and will need time to adjust in her home with patience while she learns to be brave and trust. She will require a home that can be careful with her by the door as she continues to adjust to the inside life. She has lived her life with multiple cats, and she chooses her own little space, in her bed, happy! She would be a wonderful addition to a quieter home. Adopt her today. They are scared, yet very sweet without a bit of aggression despite all the changes. We think that they will make a perfect addition to any home that can provide them a segregated space so their hearts can heal and they can become brave again. Adopt them today. She was seen roaming in a neighborhood for some time and then was discovered in a basement of a family home. She was in need of medical attention and we were happy to have a place for her in rescue. She's all better now and has been spayed, vaccinated and had a dental including removal of an infected tooth! Molly is a very sweet girl! She loves her humans, pets and snuggles. She loves to play. She has been scared of the other cats in rescue when out with them and a little hissy at first; who knows what she went through in the outside life and then in that basement!
