Story
Meet Newt, a 3 year old Domestic Medium Hair tabby mix. Newt, a charming adult feline with a penchant for quiet corners and the occasional bout of curiosity. Though he may seem reserved at first, Newt`s purr-sonality shines through once he`s comfortable in his surroundings. He`s a keen observer, always watching the world with wide-eyed wonder, eager to explore at his own pace. Newt`s shy demeanor makes him an ideal companion for someone seeking a low-key pet. His curiosity and courage mean he`s always up for a new adventure, just as long as he has a safe place to return to. Adopting Newt means opening your home to a cat who will bring a sense of calm and a dash of excitement to your life. His unique blend of shyness, curiosity, and bravery makes him the perfect addition to any loving home.Newt will need an indoor home and a secure containment area to stay safe from wandering and escaping. We don’t know how he will do with dogs and cats, and always recommend slow introductions. Newt is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, and ready to go home today.

Story
Looking for a new home for our furry friend. Her name is Winter. She is roughly 18 months old. She is a bit skiddish at first but once she warms up she is a very loving cat. We aren't sure why, but she seems more comfortable around women than men.We adopted her about a year ago from an adoption facility so she is fixed, chipped, and up to date on shots. Since living with us, she has been an inside cat only. We are moving to another home and she is unfortunately unable to come with us. She gets along well with other pets and does great with our year old baby even though he is still learning to be gentle with her. She loves to be pet and once she warms up to you she is a great snuggler. Very relaxed cat but can be adventurous at time. It gives us a heavy heart not being able to keep her so it would make us very happy if she went to a loving home

Story
🐾 Free to a Loving Home: One Very Good Boy! 🐾 Meet Jack, an 8-year-old neutered male cat who is equal parts cuddle machine, mouse hunter, and general manager of all household affairs. He is a big, sweet, and ridiculously lovable feline who enjoys kids, dogs, and basically anyone willing to rub his belly. Jack's Resume: ✔️ Experienced Family Cat: Loves kids and will patiently tolerate their shenanigans. ✔️ Certified Dog Approved: No unnecessary drama—he and dogs are cool. ✔️ Country Boy at Heart: He’s been around chickens, horses, goats, and sheep, and considers himself their silent, judgmental overseer. ✔️ Indoor/Outdoor Flexibility: Happy to be your lap cat or your fearless barn/shop protector. ✔️ Rodent Control Specialist: He has a zero-tolerance policy on mice (and will work for snacks). ✔️ No Special Needs: Just your typical low-maintenance, high-reward companion. Why Is This Perfect Gentleman Looking for a New Home? Sadly, I am moving and can’t take him with me.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
This beautiful mini panther is Tiffany. Tiffany is an all-around great cat, but, unfortunately, she was returned to us due to housing issues with her former owner. Now, she is available again and ready to find her true forever family. Tiffany is very personable and friendly, but she isn't the type to be all up in your business, so to speak. She has been living as an only cat, so she has learned to be pretty self-sufficient. She really needs a person or family who will be willing to let her be herself and allow her to live in her own space and comfort zone. She would make an excellent companion for someone just wanting to have a little partner to hang out with at home. She would do best in a household environment that is on the quiet side. At only four years old, Tiffany has a lot of life left to live. It would be wonderful for her to find a human best friend to spend it with. If you believe Tiffany is the movie night buddy you have been waiting for, please visit https://happyjackcats.org/adopt to fill out an application for adoption.

Story
Loki is 5 years old, 16 pounds, neutered male, solid black, and totally a people loving kitty. He is everyones favorite cat, and super friendly and affectionate to all people. He not at all skittish and I trained him to ride in the basket on the front of my bicycle, so you can take him on bike rides through the neighborhood, but not on busy streets. We have had him since January 13th 2021. I found him with badly matted fur, and kind of skinny, he was 11 pounds, bony, and seemed to be uncared for. So I took him home that day. Long story short, we rescued 3 other cats, after Loki, and the other male cat started causing lots of problems. So we rehomed him and right around that same time, Loki started marking his territory around here, and urinating on things, as if to take over weird territorial behaviors since there was no other male cat around or something. He might be best as an outdoor only cat except at night, or maybe as the only cat in the home. We are very frustrated with this.

Story
Draco is about 11 years old. He is great with other animals and kids. He is very loving and relaxed- not hyper or crazy! He loves to snuggle. We need to find him a new home within the next week before we move - the new place doesn’t accept pets.
