Story
My name is Ruby, at least that’s what my foster calls me. I used to have another name and a real home and family, but something terrible happened and suddenly my sister (Jade) and I were on the street, left to fend for ourselves. I was so afraid and so hungry, and I missed my family so much. Luckily, a neighbor noticed us and knew something was wrong. She found out we’d been abandoned and decided to help us. After a little bit of coaxing and some yummy food, we decided we would trust her and we let her take us in. She fostered us and found a great rescue, that promised to help us find a new home, where we will be safe and loved FOREVER. In my foster home, I get to do all my favorite kitty things… like, playing with my toys, chasing the feather wand, and sitting on the windowsill or the balcony, watching the birds with my sister. I especially enjoy tucking in under the covers, which my fosters think is the cutest! And, of course, nothing beats cuddling up with my foster parents. Whether I’m sitting next to them on the sofa while they’re watching TV, or on their lap while they pet me and praise me, being near my people is my favorite thing. They always tell me how beautiful I am and every time I use my scratching post, they tell me I’m so smart and such a good girl! Although I am having so much fun here, I have to leave my foster home so that I can find my forever home and My New Family… maybe that could be Me and You, and maybe even my Sister, too.

Story
My name is Jade. I’m still trying to remember it, but my foster mom says it means “precious gem”, just like me! I used to have another name and a real home and family, but something terrible happened and suddenly my sister (Ruby) and I were on the street, left to fend for ourselves. In my foster home, I get to do all my favorite kitty things… like, playing with my toys, chasing my mini tennis ball, and sitting on the windowsill or the balcony with my sister, watching the birds and getting some fresh air. I also love finding high up places, where I can get a great view and take a nice quiet nap. Sometimes my sister joins me, but the top of the tall dresser is definitely my spot! But I have other favorite spots… like the sofa, especially when my foster parents are there. They pet me and love me and tell me I’m a such good girl. They are especially impressed because I always use my scratching post and even when I’m looking for high places to explore, I never disturb anything on their dresser. Although I love my foster family, I have to leave my foster home so that I can find my forever home and My New FOREVER Family… maybe that could be Me and You, and maybe even my Sister, too.

Story
I've had both Thomas and Jack for 9 years. I'm in the middle of relocating to Virginia Beach, VA and I cannot bring them with. This truly breaks my heart. I am more than willing to pay for litter, food for the first 3 months as well as supply a cat bed and litterbox. My hope is that they are adopted together and not separated.

Story
Shadow is a special cat with a story full of heart. Almost six years ago, she was given to me as a gift after being found on the streets. The person who rescued her couldn't keep her due to allergies, and we were lucky enough to welcome her into our lives. Since then, Shadow has been a loyal companion, and she’s truly become a cherished part of my family's world. Shadow is almost 6 years old now, and over the years, she’s shown herself to be a curious and mysterious little soul. She loves to explore her surroundings, always observing with quiet grace and keen eyes. Her quiet demeanor makes her a wonderful, low-maintenance companion for anyone who enjoys a peaceful, loving pet. She is often found perched in her favorite spot, keeping watch like a little guardian of her space. Now, after six wonderful years together, I’m looking for a loving and safe home where Shadow can continue to thrive. She deserves to be in a place where she feels secure and cherished—better than I can provide
