Story
💫🌼🍯Meet Honey 🍯🌼💫 Honey has been in foster care for quite some time, unfortunately being overlooked. She was originally surrendered to us along with a few of her friends after her owners were kicked out of their home and weren’t able to bring all cats with them. She’s a very sweet kitty, but does tend to have a little sassy side to her. She would enjoy being an indoor only cat, and be given access to an enclosed patio. A home with no dogs is preferred. While she is okay being with other cats, 2 or less, as she does enjoy being the center of attention. She does require some L-lysine (immune support supplement) occasionally to be given in her food to help keep her immune system strong and healthy! If you have any questions or would like to meet any of our available cats, please feel free to send us a message and we will be more than happy to answer! To adopt, please fill out the adoption application below: ✨👇Adoption application✨👇 https://www.cognitoforms.com/thehooffhouserescueandsanctuary/petadoptionapplication 🐈❤️All of our kitties are spayed or neutered and are provided with initial care; which includes FIV/Felv test, vaccines, deworming, flea medication, microchip and any other medical attention that is needed to ensure they are at their best🐈❤️

Story
🌻☀️🎀Meet Gracie 🌻☀️🎀 Gracie is a a beautiful kitty who, along with a few of her friends, were surrendered to us when her owners had to forcefully move out of their home. Unfortunately they were not able to take all cats with them, so we decided to welcome them her into our care. She is currently in a foster home, living her life at the fullest while she continues to search for the PERFECT home! She is a low maintenance cat that doesn’t require much. Of course she will need some love and snuggle time, and maybe might even enjoy being your snuggle bug while you watch your favorite movie or tv show. She is good with other cats and dogs. If you are considering adopting this sweet beautiful girl, you are more than welcome to submit an application below and request to meet her. ✨👇Adoption application✨👇 https://www.cognitoforms.com/thehooffhouserescueandsanctuary/petadoptionaplication

Story
🍀🌙🧸Meet Winston🍀🌙🧸 Winston had a rough history. He was extremely thin, practically being the definition of skin and bones and just looked tired of his life’s situation. He was rescued in a neighborhood and brought into our care. Just like any of our cats, he was taken to the vet for general examination and testing and was given the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism. To those who don’t know what hyperthyroidism is, it’s an endocrine disease that produces too much thyroid hormone, which could result in weight loss and many other symptoms. If left untreated, it unfortunately can become fatal. Now looking to the brighter side, hyperthyroidism is treatable with the proper treatment! Winston has received the I131 treatment and is now all cured and hyperthyroidism free! 🎉 He no longer requires any medication of any kind, which means he can now find his forever home to live the rest of his amazing life. He is a low maintence cat who doesn't require a lot of attention. Unfortunately, people tend to not give any interest in adopting our older cats and remain in foster for a long time. Please help shed some light on this sweet boy's story so he can find his forever human. To adopt, please fill out the adoption application below: ✨👇Adoption application https://www.cognitoforms.com/thehooffhouserescueandsanctuary/petadoptionapplication 🐈❤️

Story
Sable is very sweet and playful. She needs a quiet home with another cat as a playmate. She has asthma which is controlled. She easily takes a pill in a treat once a day. Sable was surrendered by her owner with a few other cats because they have too many. All the other cats surrendered found homes.
