Story
Amber came from a shelter in 2018. She had been a stray and the family who found her kept her kittens, but turned her into the shelter. At first, she is scared of new people, but once she gets to know you she will snuggle up to you, sit on your lap and sleep on your bed at night. She does not like being picked up and held for very long. She loves spending all day in a lanai lounging around and occasionally plays with her toys. When anyone comes to the house she will hide under a bed or in a closet. Amber uses a scratching post daily. She has never scratched up any of my furniture. Amber will let you brush her. I need to rehome her, because after being a widow for several years, I have met someone else and we wish to do some traveling together. I do not want to be leaving Amber alone for long periods of time. I am hoping to find someone who wants to have a cat in their home which they can stroke and love on. Amber responds to kind soft words. She is a good companion.

Story
Athena is a sweet cat. She spends her days looking out the window and watching nature. She is shy and skittish at first and does not mind children. She was born in July of 2021. Athena is a very relaxed and easy going cat. She does like to play if you have a laser or a toy. She would do great for someone who is looking for an easy going and laid back cat.

Story
She does not get along well with other cats and she will pee and poop outside of the litter box, but in my experience she uses it just fine when secluded from the other cats, the only problem was that it was in a bedroom so she would pee on the bed. My vet and I believe that she would be just fine if she were in another area of the house, and if she were the only cat in house because when she was the only cat in the house, we didn't have these issues, she just can't be left alone in bedrooms because she might pee on the bed, which its not hard to keep the doors closed. She is timid but she's a sweetheart once she warms up to you and overall a very chill cat, all she does is sleep and eat and occasionally climb things she shouldn't, like most cats. She really is very sweet and I've had her since she was a kitten, I love her dearly, but I am an animal lover and have gotten quite a few more babies since then. Other animals don't seem to be a problem, just cats in my opinion.

Story
JoJo was dumped outside by his previous owners when the girlfriend moved out. He’s been living on the streets for years. He is FIV positive, but otherwise healthy. He is VERY affectionate and loves to cuddle. JoJo would do well in just about any home, but would be best suited for a home that has an enclosed sunroom or outdoor patio. He loves watching the birds and squirrels. JoJo can be a bit of an escape artist, so his adopters will need to watch out for this. He should be kept indoors since he is FIV positive.

Story
Very lovable rescue when he was still a kitten (January 2018), so he's around 7 yrs old. He is fixed. Loves the window ledge. Unable to keep due to recent knowledge of allergies in the home. He is also allergic to fleas. We bath him and shave his fur down to help with that. Whatever we have for food and litter is yours. Also have a litter box. We also have a fixed female black shorthair. I am unable to add her profile. She was a community cat that has her ear clipped, she was already fixed. We found her in 2022. She was young but not a kitten. She is a sweet cuddly cat and good with kids and other cats.
