Story
Introducing Nala, an adorable little orange kitten born on March 6th under our care. She's part of a litter of three, born to their loving mom whom we took in at the end of December. Nala has been raised with affection in a cozy home environment and is already a playful and loving companion. This adventurous girl is already mastering the litter box and enjoys both wet and dry food. Nala is a bundle of energy, always ready for a romp or a game of chase with our other cat. She's a social butterfly, getting along famously with our other cat and two dogs. We're on the lookout for a forever family that will give Nala the love, care, and attention she deserves. We're seeking a responsible owner who will keep her indoors and make her a cherished member of their family. Reach out to us today to learn more about this lovable kitten and schedule a meet-and-greet.

Story
Meet Goose, a sweet and affectionate cat who we estimate to be about one year old. Rescued as a stray in December, Goose was pregnant and has since raised her kittens in our home. She quickly adapted to her new surroundings and has shown immense gratitude through gentle purrs and head nudges. Goose loves nothing more than getting head scratches and being petted. She enjoys snuggling up with her humans, curling into a cozy ball and purring contentedly. Goose is very food motivated and eagerly comes running at mealtime. She also enjoys stretching her claws on the cat tree, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. Goose gets along well with other cats and dogs, showing great adaptability and social skills. Now that her kittens have found their forever homes, Goose is also looking for a forever family who will shower her with the love and care she deserves. If you are interested in giving Goose a loving home, please contact us to arrange a meet-and-greet!

Story
Meet BMO! This fluffy, adorable 1 y/o kitty is as sweet as he is chatty. BMO loves to talk and will keep you entertained with his constant meows^-^ he is quite the conversationalist! An indoor and outdoor cat, BMO gets along well with other pets. He is fine with dogs, though he’ll let them know if they get too close for comfort with a little hiss or swat. He’s also friendly with other cats and is always eager to meet them, sometimes a little too eager as he can be persistent in his friendly meowing. He would be a perfect fit for a loving home that enjoys a fluffy, interactive companion who has plenty of love (and lots to say!).

Story
Mini is a great people cat! She is friendly, lovable with all - including strangers. She is also able to amuse herself when there are no people around by leisurely laying near the screen on the porch where she can watch everyone coming and going. She likes to be petted, brushed, and especially likes treats. In addition to people, Mini also gets along great with all the cats in her house. Come meet this loving kitty, spend some time with her and see for yourself what an amazing kitty she is!    Mini is FIV positive. FIV in cats is similar to HIV (the human immunodeficiency virus) and causes a feline disease that is similar to AIDS in humans.  Although FIV is similar to AIDS in humans it is a highly species-specific virus that infects only felines. While there is currently no definitive cure for FIV in felines, with proper care there is no reason a cat infected with FIV cannot live a very normal, healthy life for many years -- if managed appropriately.  Birth date May 2017November 2, 2024, 4:32 pm

Story
Phoebe came to ARC because of her guardian’s failing health and inability to care for Phoebe any longer. Phoebe is still adjusting to not being in her forever home with all her familiar surroundings, but she is beginning to come around nicely. She is still a little shy, but good with people and has lots of love to offer. Although she currently lives in the Casa Luis cottage with other FIV+ cats, she would do best as the only cat in her forever home. FOSTEREDNovember 2, 2024, 4:32 pm

Story
Sean –This striking kitty with tuxedo coat is looking for a forever home where he can get lots of attention and love! Sean is shy with strangers and would need someone willing to spend a little extra time getting to know him. We assure you it would certainly be worth the time it would take to earn his trust. He is good with other cats and would not mind having another cat or two as a companion. We feel Sean would do best in a quiet home with no children. This handsome fellow surely has lots of love to offer in return for a little extra “get to know you” time.   his birthdate  is March 4, 2020November 2, 2024, 4:32 pm
