Story
Meet China – A Sweet, Shy Girl Ready to Bloom China is a gorgeous one-year-old black cat who has come such a long way since arriving as a socialization foster. When she first entered her foster home, she was scared and anxious, preferring to keep to herself — but never once showed aggression. With time, patience, and a safe space to settle in, China has slowly revealed her sweet and curious personality. Now that she’s comfortable, China loves to explore, play, and “chat” with her people. She isn’t a cuddler just yet, but she does like being near her humans and will often choose to hang out in the same room, keeping you company. She’s becoming more confident every day and will continue to blossom in a kind, understanding home. China has done well with other cats. Additionally, she travels calmly in her carrier and has been wonderfully tolerant of nail trims and receiving medications — even ear drops! This sweet girl has worked hard to overcome her fears, and she deserves a forever family who will appreciate her spirit and celebrate each step she takes. If you’re looking for a companion who will reward your patience with trust and love, China may be the perfect match.”
