Here we have "Jerry". Jerry is about 3 years and 11 months old. He is mostly gray and quite handsome with his beautiful white markings and beautiful long white whiskers! Jerry came to us with his brother a while ago from an elderly couple who could not take care of them anymore. The two cats came to us stuffed together in a small carrier and they could hardly move. Jerry's brother is not quite ready for adoption yet. Jerry and his brother are not bonded so they do not have to be adopted together. Now let's talk about Jerry! Jerry is a very nice cat and he is very loving. He will be shy in the beginning. For the first week or so it will be a little strange for Jerry being in a new home but, once he knows his new home, he will come around and we know he will be a wonderful cat. In Jerry's new home, there should be female cats only and no male cats. Children must be 6 years old or older. Jerry is neutered, his shots are updated, he was wormed and he tested negative for feline leukemia/aids. To adopt from us, you MUST have a veterinarian reference in your own name. We will not place any animal without a veterinarian reference. She is a very pretty tiger and she is a very friendly cat. Pearl would do well in a house with other cats but it would be best if there were no dogs in the house. This is "Mona". Mona is about 1 year and 6 months old. She is white, orange and tiger stripe. She may be a mix from a tiger and a calico. Mona is a very sweet kitten but she will be a little afraid at the beginning until she gets to know you. She does well with children, she does well with other kittens and cats and she is okay with dogs if they are low key. Meet "Greyson". Greyson is an 8 month old tiger stripe. He sure is a very handsome little boy. Greyson comes to us with a very sad story. Greyson cannot stay with his owners anymore. His owners were husband and wife and the wife had her husband give Greyson up because Greyson was "too active". Greyson was just being a kitten. Greyson has not been with other kittens or cats but he is already getting used to them. In Greyson's new home, children must be 6 years old or older. We would like to introduce you to "Cleo", our adorable 7 month old SPECIAL NEEDS tuxedo kitten who is ready to find his forever home. Cleo’s story has been on Facebook. Cleo came to us back in July. He was in very rough shape having been found in a yard by a good Samaritan. Cleo has had to overcome lice, blindness in one eye, upper respiratory infection, continuous nasal congestion that would not respond to antibiotics, a heart murmur and malnourishment. Even with all these obstacles, Cleo has always been a lovable, funny, sweet boy who loves to be around his humans giving kisses and, sometimes, little "love bites" on the chin! He has overcome so much which truly represents his fight to live and love life. Cleo is up to date with his vaccinations and he tested negative for feline leukemia/aids. He was recently neutered and had x-rays and exploration of his mouth to see if there were any polyps or something interfering with his ability to breathe, which has improved after his last antibiotics. Luckily nothing was found. The vet said Cleo has what is called "rhinitis" which is that periodically he will get inflammation of his nasal passage and sneeze and get watery eyes. It may clear on its own or may require a short dose of medication. Cleo may outgrow this or it may continue throughout his life. Cleo also had an echocardiogram a couple weeks ago and there were no concerns. It was recommended to repeat one in 4-6 weeks to make sure the small amount of fluid between his heart and sack around the heart isn’t increasing. Cleo is a happy little guy who likes cats, dogs and children. He loves playing and hiding his favorite furry little mice, dragging his caterpillar around his foster home, playing with and drinking the water from the faucet or water fountain and running and jumping full speed around the house! Cleo also LOVES, LOVES cat TV on the YouTube Channel, taking his morning and afternoon naps listening to the relaxing piano music and watching the birds. Cleo is an absolute sweet and good boy who will make a wonderful addition to any family. His little black spots on his back feet are simply adorable! Due to Cleo's possible medical needs down the road (eye, heart), Cleo’s adopters must have the means to be able to take care of his needs should they arise when he gets older.
