Khloe is an very independent kitty. She isn’t the shy type, but is not too fond of being over petted and held as she gets overstimulated very easily. She does like to cuddle, but certainly on her own terms! She is social and active around the house. She loves to play mf run around.

Story
Marion is still a little shy, but very friendly when food is involved- She is a great alarm clock for breakfast, and lives for a bit of tuna with her dinner. She will occasionally search you out for pets or back-scratches, but other times prefers to keep her distance. She is very comfortable living with another cat, and would do well with a companion that she can play and cuddle with. She loves to play, and will run sprints through the house to catch the laser-pointer, or can be found tossing her mouse toys as she plays by herself. She has a cute chirp of a meow, and while still learning to trust humans, will likely open up into a lap-cuddling cat for her forever home. Marion was rescued after being born outside and she is currently 9 months old.

Story
Here’s Herbie, my beautiful, smart 3 year old cat. I adopted him two and a half years ago from a shelter in New Fairfield. He loves to snuggle. He and I have spent lots of time together with him on my chest or on my legs, purring away. He waits for me at the door when I go out. Herbie loves food and I have been able to teach him a couple of tricks using the clicker method and rewarding him with treats. He needs lots of attention. He likes to play; for example, to chase down plastic spring-y toys. But doesn’t like anyone to touch his feet and he hates being in the car. Although most of the time he is a loving, lovable pet, Herbie bites, which is why I’m sadly giving him up.

"Blue loves you already and he hasn't even met you yet." He likes to spend time with family, so someone home for part of the day would be a great match. Blue likes to be king of the house. And if you can give him that, then you'll have a loyal friend for life. If you think you have the perfect family home for Blue , I'd love to hear from you.

Story
We found Minnie in a snowbank during a major snowstorm in 2020, she was only a couple weeks old. We brought her to a person we knew who rehabilitated animals and left her there. We found out a few weeks later that she lived, and then decided to bring her home! We were so excited to have her. We call her “Queen” because she is the boss lol she does not like to be picked up and carried around, but absolutely loves a great laps sit and snuggles. She loves to be scratched under her chin and behind her ears, and always finds the warmest lap to sit on. She likes to play, and often startles us with her antics. She has not had much experience at all with young children, but lived with three teenage girls and would probably be best suited in a family with older children. She is used to being alone, and we call her a social introvert. She loves attention, but also very much, so likes her alone time too. She is low maintenance, happy, and has no health issues.
