Meet Olive, the three&#226&#128&#145year&#226&#128&#145old patrol captain of her cozy kingdom! This attentive, protective sweetheart makes it her mission to keep everything safe and everyone loved. She’ll quietly hang out nearby, politely asking for pets, snuggles, and a spot on her beloved heating pad. Olive isn’t bothered by big dogs and, with a proper introduction, she warms up to other cats too. She’s gorgeous, a natural at posing for photos, and very smart — she crushes puzzle toys, hunts down treats like a pro, and chases wands and soft toys with athletic enthusiasm. While we don’t DNA test, she does resemble a Chartreux beauty queen. Hi, I’m Beamer. Four other kittens and I were rescued by Animal Control and luckily came to the SBACC, where we were safe, warm, and well-fed while waiting for our forever homes. I was the smallest of the group and was more scared and shy. I’ve been at the shelter for several years now, and I have a lot of fun zooming around the room, playing, and spending time with my roommates. I am still nervous around people, and I don’t allow pets or being picked up, but I LOVE other cats. I would need a patient family willing to let me be me, and not expect me to become a people-friendly cat. I would definitely have to have another feline in my home. My best friends at SBACC are Osaka, Oshkosh, Abbie, and Angelique. We’re all shy and hang out together, and I would love to go home with one of them. I’m with Abbie and Oshkosh in one of the pics. We came to SBACC and then went to a foster home where we were safe, loved, and well-fed. I am a grey, muted Tortie, kind of shy but full of tort-i-tude! If you are a fan of Torties, then I am your girl! I love to play with the mouse on a wire, and I’m ready for my forever home.
