Story
Meet Kai 🐾Kai is a beautiful orange domestic longhair with a gentle, calm personality. He’s about 2 years old and loves quiet environments where he can relax and feel safe. Kai enjoys lounging nearby, sitting at your feet, and keeping you company in peaceful moments. He may take a little time to warm up, but once he does, he shows affection in sweet, subtle ways like rubbing against you and choosing to stay close.Kai is litter box trained, independent yet affectionate, and would do best in a calm, patient home without too much noise or chaos.💛 Rehoming him is an incredibly difficult decision due to housing and financial challenges. My priority is finding him a loving, stable home where he will be safe, cared for, and truly appreciated.

Story
Adopted Scout from a friend, as a companion for my dog a couple years ago. Unfortunately, my dog passed away and Scout has been very lonely since. He's an incredibly sweet boy and good cat. He's playful, loves cuddles/scratches, probably thinks he's a dog since he grew up with one (will sit and shake his paw for treats, sometimes will bring me his toys to throw for him to fetch and bring back). Scout will be turning 3 years old soon. He deserves a loving home with more presence. I travel a lot for work and am not home as much as I'd like to be. Ideally looking for a home with other pets he will develop relationships with, or at least with owners who can spend more quality time with him. He is a little timid when guests come over, but warms up quickly. I love him a lot and this decision was a difficult one. No adoption fee, just looking for the right fit.

Story
Ripley is a large (12-pound), middle-aged (8-10 years) tabby guy who would love to spend the rest of his life lolling around the house, basking in the sunshine, and lazily batting at a toy you dangle for him. Despite having lived a rough life, Ripley is the chilliest of chill and blisses out when he is pet and loved on. He will reach out to rest his paw on your arm or leg to communicate his affection; this little ‘love note’ just about put his foster mom over the edge. It’s worth noting that Ripley was rescued from a shelter’s imminent (i.e. that day’s) euthanasia list, and he is the SWEETEST guy. He will nuzzle into you with a loud-but-relaxed purrrrrr and enjoys his daily dose of catnip or silvervine. Ripley would love to find a home where he can be the only cat of the house. He is FIV+ (immunodeficient, but generally live normal-length, healthy lives when kept indoor-only), and his ears show signs that he’s had to defend himself from many fights; so we’d love for him to get to enjoy the singularity factor of being the only cat- and not risk any fights (FIV transmission) with other household kitties. He may do just fine with a dog, though! (There is no risk of FIV transmission to people or dogs.) He also needs a home with a cat-savvy parent. 99.5% of the time, Ripley is the dearest, most caring and conscientious critter who adores his time with you and shows abundant affection. Maybe it’s just the stress of recent transitions and mild pain (that will be resolved with his dental work), but he has attempted to bite a couple of times (once when overly-excited and once when he was just ‘done’ being pet). This behavior may simply vanish with time once he’s settled into his forever home, but it should be considered with his adoption. On the bright side (???), Ripley will have most of his teeth extracted in April as a permanent resolution to stomatitis (‘bad teeth’). Feline Netwok will cover his appointment cost even if he is adopted prior to that appointment. If you’re looking for a mellow, adoring feline friend, please consider Ripley! Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and his adoption includes a voucher for a free vet exam AND includes his upcoming dental cleaning/extractions. Story
Midnight is a petite, 1-year-old, sleek black cat with sage green eyes. He wears a dopey-eyed expression on his face and loves to be in the middle of everything. He's a relaxed fellow who enjoys a little playtime before returning to his nap, though a YouTube bird channel can keep him entertained for hours. He'll love to be near to you and will drool with glee for your petting and attention. Midnight would love a low-stimulation household with no young kiddos and he certainly wouldn't mind being the only cat. He can act a little ornery when overstimulated, but overall, he is a very social and loving sweetheart. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and his adoption includes a voucher for a free vet exam. Story
Annie is an 9-year-old dilute tabico who will greet you with a meow and rub your legs when she sees you. She is a social lovebug who enjoys purring in your lap, deep-tissue back massages, and neck scritches. This delightful girl will be an easy-going, ever-present companion.  We suspect that she may prefer to be an only cat in her golden years, but if you have another mellow senior cat or dog at home, Annie would likely adjust well to that arrangement. She’d also make a wonderful ESA and family pet! Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and her adoption includes a voucher for a free vet exam.  For adoption info, call Kristin (805) 550-9064 FelineNetwork.orgMay 13, 2026, 2:05 pm
