Beautiful Missy was rescued from a furniture restoration workroom along with her siblings. Missy is about 7 months old; she is up to date with her vaccinations, has been de-wormed, spayed, and is litter box trained. Her mother tested negative for feline Leukemia when she was still nursing. Missy is a stunning dilute tortoiseshell kitty. Her grey stripes are interrupted with beautiful splotches of creamy orange. She is very regal with her black nose, amazing ears and generous long tail. Missy has the sweetest disposition. She was in a prospective adopter's home with instructions that she needed to be kept indoors. They were careless, a day later she got outside and was lost for over a week. Missy was finally caught in a trap that I had placed in a neighbor's backyard. She was quite traumatized by this experience and so will be guarded until she gets to know you, after which her tender, gentle personality will shine through. If I could keep her with me forever I would.

She loves to play, is often climbing to high places, and needs a lot of room to run around. She is eight and a half months old, and has been indoor only so far. If you live in a safe place away from cars and coyotes, she would probably be happiest to be indoor / outdoor with all of her energy.We would LOVE to find her a home with a cat-friendly dog as she loves to wrestle and play hard.
