A sweet black cat showed up in my door crying for my help, I feed him and he left. Comes back every day until one day I noticed he was getting big (thinking is a male), then I realize “ SHE “was pregnant, not long time passed when she was ready to have her babies and I brought her inside, she delivered 5 beautiful kitties on Oct 9,2023. After 8 weeks 2 kittens were adopted by a neighbor and I’m still have Kathy the-mom and 3 beautiful young princess. I have been taking care of them , hoping to find the right people that love them the way I do.Unfortunately I can’t keep them because it’s prohibited to have cats inside or outside the place I’m renting. They are the sweetest kittens I could ask for. I gave them a lot of love and I feel my heart will break if they don’t go and make someone out there special as they do to me. They enjoy to go out and they respect boundaries , after they spend some minutes out they come back inside and just chilled watching through the window.

Outgoing, she will greet you at the door and say hello to all visitors. Melody loves to play with a fabric catnip mouse that she throws all around the house. She spends her afternoons on a cat perch in the front window watching the hummingbirds and and butterflies. She loves to be pet, purrs and makes biscuits. She has been in a temporary foster home with other cats and a cat friendly German Shepherd. She does not play with the other cats but does exist around them as long as everything is on her terms. Her temporary foster family raves about how special she is. Melody is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and has had a dental. Cleo is a very friendly, curious and playful kitty. She is the biggest snuggle bug ever and loves sleeping in cozy necks. She's approximately 2.5 years old and we adopted her from a close family friend who was fostering her with her 8 littermates. She used to be best friends with her sister Pepper but when we were out of town over one year ago she decided she was her worst enemy. After lots of cat training and patience we unfortunately haven't been able to reverse this which is why we are looking to rehome her. She is a wonderful cat, pristine with her litter box, doesn't scratch furniture and is a great listener. Cleo is very attached to her owner, Emilie and will need some patience to warm up to a new family. We would not suggest she goes to a home who is not familiar with cats.

Tends not to respond to strangers but shows affection to familiar people, asking to play and hug. * With Cats: Got along very well with other cats at our center. * Separation Anxiety: Has no separation anxiety. Doesn't stick with a guardian but looks for him or her only when he has something to want. * Litter Type: Currently uses tofu litter. * Hygiene: Dislikes having his nails trimmed, but tolerates it and waits well when given treats. Is very good at being brushed! Dislikes tooth brushing but endures it. * Play: Likes all toys including fishing rods and balls. Is active enough to play for two to three hours in a row. * Car Sickness: Has shown no signs of motion sickness during short trips. 💌Other💌 * Knows how to sit if there are treats involved!
