Story
I am heartbroken to have to rehome my sweet cat, Jewel, but due to my pregnancy and upcoming relocation overseas, I am unable to take her with me. Jewel is 3 years old, healthy, spayed, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. She has been a wonderful companion, and it’s important to me that she finds a loving home where she can continue to thrive. Jewel is gentle, affectionate, and loves to lounge in sunny spots. She does well with other cats and is used to a calm, indoor environment. This decision has not been easy, but I want to ensure she goes to a home where she will be cared for and loved as much as she has been with me. If you're interested in giving Jewel a new forever home or know someone who is, please reach out. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

Story
I adopted Elvis from Valley Humane Society after my 14 yr old Main Coon died from Blood cancer. Elvis is fun, loves to play catch especially with his white mouse toy and will bring it back to you, he also loves his tube with dangling toys to swat to keep him busy. He is very nosey but so lovable and curious. The shelter didn't know exact date but he is approx 5-6 months, medium hair (not long not short-not much shedding) He loves to just plop on his back and accept belly rubs and on top of his head and around his ears and under his chin and loves to lay with you. He does play on his own as well. I don't have any other pets and so I don't know anything about getting along with others- but when I did adopt him he was with his brother Wolverine and they of course loved each other. he will take unlimited amount of petting. He is a cutie and it breaks my heart that i became sick after getting him in August 2024 and I am not able to keep him due to my hospitalizations and procedures.

Story
Jezebelle is a 13 year old loveable girl. We adopted her in North Carolina in 2011. She is definitely a queen bee and doesn't like to be around any other pets. She has lived with 2 kids although she is not affectionate towards them and honestly I think she would rather it just be adults. I am having to rehome her due to moving and not being able to take her with us. She is noisy when she's hungry, and wont stop meowing until the food is in front of her. She does have a thyroid issue and has been on medication for a few years. I have a months worth left, and have been trying to use it sparingly but I can tell that she is starting to over groom again. She is mostly an indoor cat, although the past few weeks, I have let her go outside and she's come right back and let me know when she's ready to come in. She still loves to play, loves to sun bathe and loves to be on your lap. She will allow a few pets before she will let you know she doesn't want any more.

Story
Bonnet will be a great match for a `one-cat` person as she is wholeheartedly a `one-person` cat. Timid at first, once she thinks of you as her person, she`ll be happy to hop on you when horizontal and purr contentedly. She is fully litter-box trained, responds appropriately to `no,` and unequivocally tells you when she wants something to eat that`s not currently being offered.Do you have questions about this animal or are you ready to take the next step to adoption? Story
Kit takes a little time to warm up to someone but once you`ve gained his trust, he`s happy to shed his lovely white fur all over your lap. He shows his happiness by purring effectively and looking soulfully in your eyes. Kit has weathered a lot is proving to be a sweet, responsive cat that is fully house-ready: appropriately responding to `no,` playing with cat toys instead of fingers, settling in on a lap with ease and litter-box trained. He`s also honed his skills at communicating dinner time!Kit has socialized well with the other resident cats in Kitty City. He is an adult cat (estimated to between 4 and 7 years old) and weighs 12.2 pounds.Kit just received a full dental cleaning on 5/16 and 17 teeth were extracted.Kit`s adoption fee is waived! In addition, Valley Humane will provide the first 6 months of his prescription diet to his adopter.Do you have questions about this animal or are you ready to take the next step to adoption?
