Gael is a very lovable 5 year old cat. He's playful and cuddly, and has made a remarkable recovery from FIP in 2021. My partner and I are no longer together, and unfortunately I am not in a position to take him and he has not been acting so nicely towards her other cat. Gael would be better off in a home with somebody looking to have a single cat. Even though he's been dealing with some behavioral issues towards the other cat, he's still very loving and affectionate towards his humans, and deserving of a good home. We adopted Cheez-it from a shelter in Santa Cruz in 2019 as a kitten. He is a sweet, gentle cat who loves to cuddle up on your lap for as long as you like. He has a sweet, quiet meow and only occasionally voices it. Cheez-It is a mellow cat. He will be happy in a home with any type of family, perhaps including another cat, however he doesn't like to play rough due to his past cat sibling having bullied him. When playing with other cats he enjoys chasing and being chased. He likes older children, who are more predictable and calm. He enjoys quality time with his humans and benefits from a peaceful environment.

SAN DIEGO/SANTA BARBARA. I adopted Louie from the SD humane society a month and a half ago. He is a very good kitten. I recently got out of a relationship. My partner was supposed to be home more and also had another cat for him to interact with. I currently cannot take care of him alone, as that was not the original plan. Louie is currently 15 weeks old (DOB 10/7/2024). He is very social and not shy when meeting strangers or when I have multiple people over. Harness trained! I have also desensitized him via playing with his paws/nails and sticking my finger into his mouth- clipping nails and wiping teeth are relatively easy. He has not scratched any of my furniture and is easy to take care of. He doesnt hiss or bite. I have trained him to not attack hands. Litterbox trained since 10 weeks old. He is very affectionate/cuddly and always sleeps on or next to me. If I am home, he comes to lay in my lap. He loves having someone around, which is why I cannot care for him.

One of our fabulous fosters snatched him up and immediately started cuddling him and made him welcome in her furry family. Toothless is a little on the shyer side, taking a little bit to warm up, but as you can see he is curious, playful, and loves snuggling. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website."Hueneme Beach," fondly called "Mia" by her foster family, is a young, brown tabby cat found on the Port Hueneme promenade with her two 12-week-old kittens. "Mia" loves to play, especially with her toy mice, or by exploring her surroundings. At first "Mia" preferred to find a quiet hiding place to take her cat naps, probably the result of her abandonment, but as she has grown familiar with her foster home she can be found stretched out along the back of a comfy chair where she is never too far from a loving pat from her human friends. "Mia" is very affectionate with humans and likes to be carried around, and she makes the most adorable chirping sounds instead of normal meows most of the time. She is harness trained and likes to go out in the garden with her foster mom, under very close supervision of course, for her own safety!
