Story
Momma T came to my neighbors house with her 4 kittens about 7 years ago. He and his wife took them in. They have always been a house cat. Momma T and her kittens have been fixed. She has been exposed to other people all her life until I started helping on and off in 2024. But as of January 14th, I go every morning to feed fresh water and clean litter boxes. Momma T is very sweet and loving. She was the first one to ask for pets and love and talking to. She and her two adult cats from her litter greet me at the door. She is vocal and meows for attention. She is a lap cat with her owner when he's in his chair. But he can give them the car they need. And he is moving. He understands he needs them rehome because he can't care for them or bring them to Canada where he moving in the summer. I think Momma T will adjust in time with a new family because she loves to be loved and came to me fairly quickly. I hoping to rehome her and her kids instead of a surrender to spca.

Story
Butler is the son of Momma T. He is the only male living with 5 cats. One is his mom, and 3 sister and one 14 yr old cat. He is 7 yrs old. He is fixed and hasn't been to the vets in probably 5 years. I'm helping my neighbor by feeding every morning since Jan 14th. I clean 3 litter boxes and Butler greets me at the door often. When I first started going over to feed my neighbors cats when I noticed he was gone to the hospital, Butler would be on a book shelf by the door. He would hiss at me. But now he loves me and wants petting and being talked to. I call him an escape artist because he will get out if you aren't careful with the door. But he always wants back in in the wee hours of the morning. My neighbor can't take care of them and he is moving. Butler is a cool cat. He will take time to adjust to a new life since he has only known one home and the couple that took him in. He came to love me in time

Story
Kezea is the sweetest girl. She was curious at first when I when over on and off when my neighbor went in and out of the hospital during 2024. And as of Jan 14th, neighbor asked me to continue caring for his cats every day. Kezea greets me every morning and wanting pets and love and I talk to her, her mom and her siblings. I think she will take some time to adjust to a new home. She and her fur family have only lived their 7 years with two people and just one unhealthy owner since his wife died last year. My neighbor is moving to Canada in the summer. He can't take them because he can't care for them even now. He was a kind to these cats and they do love him but they need a clean home and healthy people to love and care for them. I wish I could take Kezea her brother and momma but we have a dog .

Story
Kinzy is the daughter of Momma T and sister to Butler and Kezea. Kinzy is beautiful with big eyes. She is very shy and I can not pet her. She has sniffed my hand once or twice. She runs and hides when I go in the house every morning. It's hard to get good pictures. My neighbor has had a cleaning service do some cleaning, but there is a lot of stuff getting moved around. I think it stresses her out. I don't see her with my neighbor like I do with the friendly ones. I could only find 3 good pictures of her. She will need a lot of patience and possibly months to adjust as she like her fur family only on home her 7 yrs of life.

Story
Jory is the shyest of 5 cats, her siblings and mom. I can't touch her even though I have been going over to feed on and off during 2024 when the owner was in and out of the hospital. I started feeding, fresh water and cleaning the litter boxes every morning since January 14th. I have gotten about a foot from her. I've tried to get close and even tried a little touch But she hisses. She's scared and it's been a unhealthy environment for a long time. But my neighbor has had a cleaning service come a do a lot of cleaning. But there is so much stuff. And so many changes. She will need a special person to take her, have a lot of patience and time for her to adjust. She is usually by herself, she might like to be OK being the only cat in the house. I'm just guessing about that.

Story
Lana & Taylor Bonded Sisters 9 Months Raised with older teens, cats, and gentle dogs Eating Purina One Healthy Kitten dry kibble Taylor is a domestic short hair dilute tortie with beautiful grey, peach, and cream markings. Lana is a domestic medium hair dark tortie with the most gorgeous fur and floofy tail. Lana and Taylor came into our care last summer needing a lot of supportive medical care to treat their severe upper respiratory infections (URIs). After months of treatment it was concluded that they both have chronic URIs due to the severity of their illness when they were tiny kittens. This just means they have chronic congestion or sniffles and weepy eyes at times (similar to seasonal allergy symptoms) but otherwise are healthy happy kittens. They are bonded sisters and we’d like to keep them together as they will need to go to a home that does not have other cats or already has cats with chronic URIs as well. They are both friendly, loving, quick to purr, and playful. They both love being held and Lana is a ragdoll in your arms and enjoys being held like a baby and snuggled and cuddled. They are also big “talkers” and will shower you with trills for your attention. They both love to be where their humans are and will follow you from room to room to keep you company. Taylor tends to stay closer to her people and Lana is a little more independent. They love to play and their favorite toys are wand toys, anything with a feather, and fuzzy balls. They’ve grown up with respectful dogs, cats, and older teens and do well with everyone. We think they’d do great with younger kids too. These girls are super special and we’re hoping the perfect home is out there for them.
