John was adopted into an unsafe home and came back to us after 1.5 years. In that time, he developed a strong fear of being picked up and moved. When he is comfortable, he rolls around, begs for full body scratches (even gentle belly pets!), chirps for wet food, and has a sing-song purr that will melt your heart. He would benefit from any cat companionship and never hisses or reacts negatively to new feline friends. Jon enjoys the compassion of kittens and adult cats-even when kittens have the zooms. He has a good history with large, gentle, calm dogs and is not recommended for a home with small children. Jon LOVES feather toys, treats, and has learned to walk away when he is overwhelmed.

Irene was removed from a dangerous home and accepted by Super Fur-iends when my adopting organization refused to take me back. I was surrendered with Jon Stewart and have a good relationship with him-but we aren't bonded. I've had a full mouth extraction and need a wet only diet. I have a fun tail swish when I'm excited and love to be brushed and pet. I'm can be skittish if approached quickly-but if feted treats first, I feel more secure.
