My uncle’s mother in law is going into senior living and she cannot take her cats. We’ve been taking care of her cats for a few months now. They need a good home. He is very affectionate and curious and will keep you company wherever you allow him to roam.

Story
Hello this is my cat Marshmallow. He will be 2 in May. We adopted him from the pound along with his sister. That same summer I fostered 3 separated pairs of kittens. Marshmallow was the sweetest and most playful big brother. I kept one of the fosters and had 3 cats. He is a big cat, 20 pounds, but he is the gentle giant for sure. I love him dearly and it breaks my heart to part with him. I have a house full of pets and kids and it seems to stress him out. He has become a bit skiddish and hides a lot so I feel is is not happy. Seeing as out busy life and house full of kids isn’t going to stop anytime soon I have decided that maybe he would be more happy elsewhere. He is a cat that loves routine. Gazes out the window like an old man. Loves water out of the faucet and is always on guard at the front door. Super super playful. Hoping to find him a loving home that is may be a bit more calmer. He is great with children and pets.

Story
Meet Princess Buttercup! 4-month-old baby girl Buttercup is your quintessential snuggly tabby in search of a loving forever home. Here are some notes from Buttercup's foster: "She is one of the sweetest and most playfully adorable kittens we've ever had the pleasure of fostering! She is a total snugglebug once she settles-in completely. She loves nothing better than rolling around for cuddles and head scratches. She enjoys being pet and keeping you company with her gentle purr. She is a total sucker for soft blankets and is a champion biscuit baker! She doesn't have a mean bone in her little body and we look forward to seeing her go home with her forever family." Buttercup would do just fine with older, pet-responsible teenage children and friendly cats and dogs after appropriate introductions. She has adorably short, stubby legs for a cat, which earned her the nickname "Potato Princess". Buttercup is a bed buddy and enjoys sleeping on her humans or nestled against their side. Buttercup is not shy around new people and will greet houseguests at the door hoping for new friends to play with! She enjoys other friendly cats, but she would also do well as a solo princess kitty to be spoiled rotten and doted on with stringtoys and snuggles Buttercup has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and deflead Buttercup was a baby stray who was trapped, fixed and "eartipped" to be returned outside, but plans changed once everyone realized how incredibly sweet she is. This little girl was destined to be a lapcat! Her tipped ear is just an adorable reminder of how her sweet personality saved her from a life outside. Story
🐾PLEASE SHARE🐾 😿 Cats in Need - Yorba Linda are starting the search for a new foster for little 1-year-old Franklin, who was unfortunately diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes just weeks after being adopted. ⏲️ Although his adopter loves him, he can't work with his insulin schedule, and Franklin is likely returning to us shortly. 😍 We are desperately searching for a selfless, cat-loving soul to foster (or adopt) little Franklin. 💉Prior experience with diabetic treatment is NOT a requirement and our volunteers will walk you through the easy administering of his medication. 💲 Cats in Need will pay for all of his medical needs and equipment relating to his diabetes for the rest of Franklin's life. ⏬️Please see the treatment information below for the details on providing insulin support to a diabetic kitty like Franklin. 💙Outside of his diagnosis, Franklin could not be a more perfect kitty. He is a sweet, loving cuddlebuddy who deserves his best shot at a normal life in a loving home. ☎️If you or someone you know might have the time and heart to help Franklin, please call or text 714-561-3117 Treatment details: It is very important to try to maintain a consistent schedule when treating a diabetic. Feed and give insulin at the same time every day, 12 hours apart. You can vary by as much as 1-2 hours but be as consistent as possible. Keep a daily record of insulin doses, times of administration and any pertinent observations (changes in thirst, hunger, activity, etc). Remember to take this journal with you when you bring your pet back in for a recheck. Insulin Administration: 1) Feed and be sure that your pet is eating. 2) Remove the insulin vial from the refrigerator and mix the contents, checking to make sure there is no sediment left on the bottom of the bottle. If your pet is on Vetsulin insulin, you actually have to mix/shake the bottle vigorously. For all other types of insulin, you must mix very gently by rolling. 3) Draw up the insulin dose and administer it subcutaneously (underneath the skin). Record the dose and the time of administration in your journal. 4) Repeat the procedure in the evening.

Story
Hi, my name is Meep. Meep is an independent little lady who has already overcome severe adversity. Found at just 1 week old, she had deep, open wounds down the back of both her tiny legs. She is such a resilient kitten that she accepted her healing baths and topical treatments like a true survivor. She never let her wounds stop her as a baby and now nothing stops her as a healthy feline adolescent. Meep is a very active and exciting kitty who loves to make friends with any and all animal critters in the vicinity. While she’s not much of a cuddler, she will be the first one to greet you when you get home and will sneak onto the bed when you’re sleeping just to be close to you. Meep will absolutely need to go to a home who can help channel her rambunctious energy appropriately, preferably with several other animals she can make friends with.

Story
Hi, my name is Mac and my mom sometimes calls me Macaroni. I am a very fun and playful kitten who is a talker too. I am also known for "stealing" things around the house like stuffed animals, hats, papers and more (lol). I would love a friendly adult cat or kitten in my forever home. I would love to meet you!
