Story
Asuka is a jolly fellow always happy to see everyone - and who wouldn't want a pal who's always in a good mood?? One of his favorite things is proudly carrying a ball around in his mouth while he runs and plays with his canine buddies. With his short legs, long wiggly body, and fluffy coat, we suspect there may be some Corgi in his mix. Past the puppy stage, he is the perfect age to begin building good house manners and mastering basic commands. If you’re interested in meeting this sweet boy, please visit wimberleywagrescue.org to fill out an application and set up a meet and greet. Submitting an application is simply the first step and comes with no obligation to adopt.

Story
Say hello to Truffles! Truffles is a beautiful low rider / Corgi mix, about 1.5–2 years old and 26 pounds of pure sugar. She’s happy, playful, and full of life! She enjoys playing with her dog friends here at the rescue and would thrive in an active home where she can go on walks, hikes, or runs.

Truffles would blend well in just about any family setting with dogs or children. Truffles is from a hoarding case but she doesn't show any signs of abuse or neglect and is a resilient little girl. She’d make a fantastic companion for a family ready to give her the activity and affection she craves. Truffles is Heartworm and Chagas negative. Every dog adopted through Tracy’s Paws receives: • Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate) • All core vaccines (age-appropriate) • Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives • Regular Deworming • Spay/neuter surgery • Microchip

Breed listings are our best guess, based on appearance.

Story
Socks is a sweet, snuggly senior who believes life is best enjoyed with plenty of booty scritches, cozy laps, and gentle kisses for his favorite people. At around 20 pounds, he is the perfect take-me-anywhere companion. He is small enough to scoop up easily, yet adventurous enough to join you for car rides, strolls around town, or even a light hike. Do not let his short little legs fool you. Socks still gets the occasional case of the zoomies and loves showing off playful bursts of energy before settling in for a well-deserved nap on the couch. He is just as happy snoozing the day away as he is heading out for a new adventure. Socks does have microphthalmia, which simply means one of his eyes is smaller than the other. He was likely born that way, it does not bother him at all, and he can still partially see from that eye. It is just a small part of what makes him uniquely special. This lovable little guy is ready to bring warmth, laughter, and endless affection into a lucky family’s life. If you are looking for a loyal companion with a gentle soul and a playful spark, Socks is waiting to meet you. Story
Meet Frankie, a charming little guy who takes his job as “yard supervisor” very seriously! With his low-to-the-ground build and big personality, we think this handsome fellow might have a touch of Corgi in him. Frankie loves keeping an eye on all the action outside the play yard—he’s a natural watchdog who enjoys being in the know. Frankie walks nicely on a leash, enjoys exploring, and is eager to please. Frankie is at the perfect age to learn house manners and basic commands. Ready to meet Frankie? Please visit wimberleywagrescue.org and fill out an application.
