Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Stella is a fun-loving and very spunky little Corgi puppy! She is ALL puppy! She loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home and is always at her foster mom's side. Stella has an overbite that is not causing any issues at this time and is just something that will need to be monitored as her permanent teeth come in. Stella is working hard on her housetraining and crate training.   ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: Stella will be adopted out with a mandatory spay contract. Family with the time and patience required to properly train and socialize a puppy. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.*All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne disease, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped. Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received minimal socialization, so they may need extra time to adjust and settle in. Older children are often a great fit for our dogs, and family's with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may require a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. January 24, 2025, 11:00 pm
