Story
Meet our Oso boy! He is a 5 year old, pure bred canecorso. (Oso means bear in Spanish). He is a great dog who loves to sleep, play and be around humans. He loves getting attention, snuggles and scratches. He is house trained. Knows how to sit, shake and lay down. He’s a good boy just needs more attention than what we can give him. He can be a bit clumsy at time and acts like Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Aggie is a big, sweet, super friendly girl with a lot of love to give.  She has a great temperament and has never shown any signs of aggression in her foster home.  She loves people and just wants to be by your side.  She also loves running and playing with other dogs and would enjoy a doggy companion and a fenced yard. She loves to play with her toys, especially her ball , and can entertain herself for short periods of time .   Due to her large size and strength her ideal playmates would be dogs about her size.  She is still a young dog and has a lot of enthusiasm, therefore she would be best in a home with no young children, but would probably be great with older kids.  She doesn’t understand personal space and can sometimes annoy older dogs with her efforts to play.  There are no cats in her foster home but she would probably be too enthusiastic for cats.   Aggie is not crated in her foster home but has had no issues except that she will chew up any paper left lying around.  (This is the dog who will eat your homework!)  She is a young dog and still learning but is highly treat motivated.  She knows sit and also walks on a leash but needs more work on this as she tends to pull.   Aggie has known what it’s like to be a stray, looking for her meals in trash cans.  Now she is ready for a loving home of her own.  Could she be the one you’re looking for?     Medical Notes: Spayed Microchipped Vaccinated Heartworm negative Maintained on monthly flea & tick preventatives ProHeart 12 Injection (heartworm shot that lasts 1 year in the body) Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 13, 2024, 3:32 pm
