Story
Weezy is a 10-month-old, 80 pound (and still growing) Cane Corso/Great Dane mix. She is house trained, crate trained, and great with kids, other dogs, and cats. It’s important that her future family understands the care and commitment involved in raising giant breeds. She eats 5 cups of high protein Purina ProPlan 30/20 Sport daily, can easily reach countertops, and can jump a 4-ft fence. These breeds are not for everyone. Weezy is initially cautious around men because of her past but warms up quickly once she feels safe. She’s well-behaved in public, walks nicely on a leash, loves water, and enjoys trips to the dog park. Secondary application and vet references required!

Story
Sex: Female Breed: Cane Corso Color: Red ticked Age: 4yrs Weight: 84.lbs needs another 5lbs Notes: Nora arrived at the shelter as a stray. This massive girl is super strong but gentle at the same time! She is great with other dogs. This girl LOVES peanut butter and loves to talk to you! On the leash, she does fairly well, though she occasionally needs a reminder that she’s a powerhouse and shouldn’t be pulling ahead. Horses, however, are not her favorite; in fact, she seems overly curious about them. Unless a potential adopter has horses, we won’t be testing her around them and will recommend a home without equine companions. Despite her keen interest, she was easily redirected with just a few light corrections, and she quickly returned to her own activities.
