Despite her rough start, Glinda has adapted well and shown a loving temperament. She has experience being around medium to large dogs and enjoys playful interactions with them. While she hasn't been exposed to cats or young children, Glinda has demonstrated good behavior around older kids (12+ years). She is working on crate-training, which helps her feel secure and provides her with a sense of comfort in her own space. Glinda is curious, affectionate, and eager to please, making her an ideal companion for outdoor activities and a loving addition to any family willing to continue her socialization and exploration journey.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 2, 2024, 5:23 pm

Story
Ruby is named Ruby because Scaredy-cat is just a stupid name. She is sweet and gentle until something scares her, then she jumps. She’s good on a leash until something startles her, then she pulls…. And she’s strong. She’s a beautiful girl. Loving and gentle, loves attention but hates excitement. She’s not a guard dog, she’ll hide behind you in the threat of great danger, or if a butterfly scares her. Quiet, soft, and sweet Ruby, she wants to be right at your feet. This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed.
