Story
**Big Luna!**
Meet Big Luna, our gentle giant with a heart as big as her paws. Don't let her size fool you - she's actually a timid teddy bear. Luna is a little shy when first meeting new people but transforms into a super-friendly cuddle bug once she feels comfortable. She might take a minute to warm up to new things, but when she does, she's all in for the love.
Luna thinks she's a lap dog and will attempt to prove it, despite her size. Raised with kids and a cat, she was just too big for her first family and spent most of her days crated. She's not aggressive, even when shy - she just wants to snuggle and be close to her humans.
This big girl used to enjoy long walks and exploring the world, but as she grew stronger, her walks stopped. From six months on, she didn't get out much, which is why she's a bit shy now. Luna knows basic commands, is newly house-trained, and is friendly with other dogs - though she can be a bit obnoxious, so she needs a confident, playful canine companion.
Luna would LOVE a fenced yard to run wild and burn off her goofy energy. She's also a sunbathing enthusiast and loves to soak up the rays. We're looking for a home where she won't be crated for long workdays. She needs some crate time when left alone, but she deserves a life with plenty of freedom and fun.
Luna is a sweet, loving girl with lots of puppy energy left in her. She enjoys carrying toys around, dragging her blankets, and finding creative ways to entertain herself - sometimes in ways her humans might not love!
Her new home needs to have time to spend with her, be patient as she learns about the world, and be ready for a big, beautiful, gentle giant who thinks she's a lap dog.dog!
