Story
Oshun came to our home on 1.14.23 and her DOB is 11.13.23, from a former classmate. She was easy to potty train, however she has been resistant to other trainings, such obedience and confidence. It is difficult to devote the time she needs to make the money spent on training truly effective. She knows the commands, however often chooses not to follow unless she has the E-Collar on. Oshun wants to play all day, no off switch unless the E-Collar is on. She loves to play fetch and steal your belongings for attention or treats. Rolling in dirt is a favor past time. She crates well and is ready for bed at 9 pm each night. She is an early riser, as I am up at 5 am. Routine is important to her, she enjoys walks however wants to be the only dog in the neighbor. Unfortunately, she is not socialized to other dogs or pets. She becomes overly anxious and appears aggressive when other dogs are present. She lounges and snarls. Due to her protective nature, she is slow to warm to new people.

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. If you are interested in adopting her, we will bring her into Hay Dude to complete the adoption. Angie - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! My name is Angie, full of youthful exuberance for life, innocence and curiosity. Ready to crawl right into your heart (won't take me long either!!) and be a part of a family...YOUR family! I am still a youngster yet, a big puppy at heart! I have lots of love to give along with tail wags and butt wiggles. I do great with people both tall and small and the other foster pups here too! Although I have not met any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet! At around 2 years of age and about 100lbs, I'm a pawsomely perfect size for...yes, everything! Neighborhood strolls, nature hikes(aaaah, all those wonderful tantalizing smells), camping, being a co-pilot for errand runs or trips to the park! You name it, I'm ready to give it a whirl and have a blast too (with whatever it is) just cuz we're doing it together (my favoritest thing)!! As my short sleek coat is low maintenance in the grooming department it makes me more of a wash-n-go type of gal. And you do know what that means don't you?!! Oh yep yep, lots of extra time in the 'spoil me rotten' department. And you do know that's what it is all about!! ;) Big on personality, smart and inquisitive, affectionate and sweet. My oh my I have a boatload of great traits going on, oh and don't forget my stunningly gorgeous good looks, to make me a great family addition, I just need the family...could it be YOUR family?  Looking for a fun, quirky and goofy dog?  Want a tri-pod dog that thinks she’s a gazelle? Well….Kylie is the perfect fit! What a road of recovery this girl has had from a terrible abuse case.  Kylie came to us after having to have her right hind leg removed and need time to heal from that and some other fractures.  After many months of learning how to trust humans again, she slowly began to come out of her shell and learned to interact with humans and her doggie friends. She discovered that she likes to sleep on a soft doggie bed or lounge around on the couch, when she’s not wrestling around with her doggie friends.  She has no awareness that she’s a tri-pod and leaps and wrestles around. Kylie would do best in a home with other doggie friends and with patient humans who will give her the time and space to trust in them.  She tends to favor women over men but can be won over with yummy treats.  Rescue shows us the road to recovery may be long for some dogs, but one look into Kylie’s eyes and you can certainly see her compassion and ability to love again. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. Meet Twilight! She is an 9-10 months old mastiff/lab and an absolute friendly sweetheart of a dog. Twilight loves the cats, dogs and kids in her foster home. She listens very well and even knows a few commands! This smart girl will be a wonderful addition to any family.  Twilight is a total patio dog - she is great in public places! Violet is a 2-3 year old, beautiful Anatolian Shepard. She weighs approximately 42 pounds. She is momma to the flower pups that are also up for adoption. Now that she’s done being momma, she’s ready to find a home where she can be a dog. She is extremely shy! She doesn’t like loud noises so a home with no young kids would be best. She will do best in a home that’s relatively quiet. She’s been through a lot in her young age and is scared of her own shadow right now, but we know with time, she will warm up and be the best girl! She is housetrained, crate trained and walks well on leash. She does have a preference to women and is dog shy (not cat tested).
