Due to an extreme emergency . My landlord sold the Property I'm living in and now the New Landlord won't allow me to keep him.I'm forced to re-home my Dog Nipsy. NIpsy loves the outdoors. Though territorial he's a wonderful dog. Im not sure about children because it,s only been Nipsy and myself in our home. NIpsy deserves a loving loyal owner. I received Nipsy when my Neighbor moved a left him in their backyard. I'm heartbroken and want a good loving home for him. .He's not used to being around other pets. He's territorial at times. Please take into consideration . I would prefer for Nipsy to be placed in home with an experienced dog handler. He does ok with other dogs as long as he,s not threatened. doesn't do well with cats. When we read through Grandma Nub’s story at the @nycacc and saw her soulful eyes, we knew we had to help her. She was found tied to a bench in New York City, and upon intake had to have a surgery for an open Pyometra and her spay. Shelter staff fell in love with Grandma right away and pleaded for her to go into a rescue and foster home. This senior sweetheart, affectionately known as Grandma Nubs, is everything you’d want in a companion. When it’s time for a walk Grandma Nubs does her happy dance! She adores the simple pleasures of being petted and loved by her human friends, getting treats, playing fetch and going on walks (and she’s great on a leash), though she gets excited when seeing other dogs! She’s got gentle manners, is housebroken, crate trained and is a quick learner — so she’s very easy to have in the home! 11 Year Old, 70lb Grandma Nubs is a resilient pup who deserves the world. Handsome KYNG is still searching for his forever castle to reign over with cuteness and charm! Kyng was originally an owner surrender due to housing, and they had so many good things to say about him: good with their toddlers, social, affectionate, house-trained, dog-friendly, even loved bath time! Kyng was terrified at the shelter, but adopted in July 2023 – then again dumped at the shelter when the adopter “didn’t have any time for him” anymore in early January 2024. Can you imagine how young Kyng felt when he realized he was abandoned again? Kyng needs someone who won’t give up on him and who doesn’t see him as an inconvenience. He almost didn’t make it out of the shelter his second stay and we really need to find a home committed to this wonderful dog and great companion. Kyng is 2 years old and weighs 68 lbs; he is neutered and up to date on shots. Kyng is an active and excitable boy, but his foster says he is "a peach"! And this puppy loves to PLAY adorably. Kyng gets along with other dogs, too! He has never been aggressive and is also very food motivated. Kyng has responded well to training, but again needs consistency in order for it to be effective. Kyng has already shown how obedient and smart he is – he knows sit, stay, lay down, & leave it! After he burns up all his puppy energy, Kyng becomes very affectionate and loves to nap in the arms of his person. Kyng loves to spend time with his people and is also wonderfully crate trained!
